Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

What if he signs an EO that basically forces all funding to Ukraine be made public? Granted the media has done a very good job of convincing people that Ukraine was winning so it'll be hard to get out of that quagmire. Or maybe he will bully EU to take up the slack so the collapse is their fault.

It doesn't matter if you hate him or think he is the best mortal to ever live, you at least have to concede that he has been put into a impossible position, one where its only a matter of limiting the fallout once the inevitable occurs and half of the country will make the reaction to the Fall of Saigon look tame.
I can see the headlines now: "Trump's Victory, Ukraine's Defeat." "Trump Must Answer to Every Ukrainian War Widow." "Trump's War Crimes Exceed Putin's." "Putin's White House Ally to Ukrainian Heroes: Drop Dead."

You only need to compare it to the Afghanistan withdrawal clusterfuck
But also ... America was never officially in this conflict (just the clean hands from a proxy war)

RIP Russia.

This is a bigger blow than hohols jumping into the meat grinder like lemmings.

Realistically Trump's very first day in office he will sign five things to law that improves American life so dramatically that no one pays attention to Ukraine. Plus it seems that Trump will be pivoting to a direct-to-viewer model where the White House Corps are disbanded and Trump has a live stream that anyone can access, with at leason one network realizing that they need to rebroadcast it unedited

RIP Russia.

This is a bigger blow than hohols jumping into the meat grinder like lemmings.

Russia has stricter FAFO laws, right? Do they allow companies to do internal testing to verify an employment candidate's competence?

These dudes are 1000% Kalmyks or Buryats or some other Russian Eskimo phenotype

People claiming these are Norks probably don't even know they exist.
Well it could be Koreans.

Russia is EurASIAN state. There are many asian minorities living in Sibera and Far East.

So it is suprising it took so long for American glowies and Ukrainian Ministry of public enlightenment to get handful of pictures of asian looking soldiers.

Yes the Afghanistan withdrawal did hurt Biden, temporarily. And unlike The Ukraine, American soldiers actually died there.
You forget that the entire media apparatus is behind the deep state. Yes, the economy is important. But how various events affect a president's popularity can still be important.

A surprisingly sensible take from Foreign Policy that is stating the obvious. I am told this is not a tabloid but a rather influential source that actually reflects and/or shapes the discussions that take place behind closed doors in the US .

Interesting read and may be an accurate description of some of the thinking behind closed doors in the West. But the notion of needing to exclude Kiev from peace negotiations on its behalf is a darkly hilarious mirroring of how this began: Macron was trying to arrange some final peace talks to resolve the situation in the Donbas but refused to allow representatives from Donetsk and Luhansk to attend. The Russians thought the French had lost their minds - negotiations with one side not allowed to attend.

I'm now envisaging a recurrence only now it's Western Ukranians who the West want to exclude. And like before, Russia will think it lunacy to try and hold negotiations with one side absent. It really shows that for the West, there is only Russia and them. Everything and everyone else is just a proxy. What need to have Kiev present? Zelensky and his cronies have sold Kiev into debt-slavery to the West and will agree to what they are told to.

Can you imagine a situation where the Russians are insisting the Ukranians are present and Western leaders are fighting to keep them out?

Unfortunately Trump and the Ukraine war is a prime example of "damned if you do, damned if you don't". There is no walking away for him, at least without suffering an extreme political blow, though the other options aren't any better for him.

Disagree, because of this:

America was never officially in this conflict (just the clean hands from a proxy war)

All Trump has to do is use the words of the Biden administration, their media mouthpieces and Zelensky himself to basically say "Ukraine is beating Russia all by themselves because Russia is a paper tiger and has an incompetent military, so they obviously don't need our help. Good luck bros".

Interesting post:

If you were curious why Igor Kirillov was just assassinated, watch this video.

In August 2023, Kirillov outlined how the US and Big Pharma “rule the world” by “manufacturing biological crises”.

He also discussed how all of this evidence has been submitted to the UN many times, and gets vetoed every time by the US, because the US cannot refute the documentation.

Essentially, Kirillov found the paper trail proving that the US government, along with NGOs and oligarchs, created C19, and used it to generate trillions in profit for pharmaceutical companies via vaccine production, as well as advancing government overreach via emergency powers.

This is the reason they just killed him. He was trying to expose the biggest crime in human history. Link

I would not discount this given what we have learned about the behavior of our government in the past few years, and earlier.
