Nick would be doing anti-drug PSAs to a small audience of pro-legalization lolbertarian weirdos who would outright reject the message as government propaganda. Complete waste of time.
I would find it entertaining. It'd be a miserable process for him, a court ordered dismantling of everything Diddler Dax stands for and told him was cool. The societal benefit would be next to nothing but imagine him trying to contain his rage while talking about how drugs and alcohol are bad. A consolation prize for not getting that arrest footage.

I want the "leak" to be fake because I don't want Nick to be broken. I want Nick to be at the height of his powers so he can stream and explain to all of his enemies (KF, the State, Aaron) how Nick won, everyone else was wrong, and Nick is the most brilliant lawyer alive. I want Nick to go on stream and give HIS SIDE of the cuckholding stories. I want Nick to give us graphic sexual details about how much of a sex GOD he is making April bleed when he had sex with her. Broken Nick is no content Nick and that is boring as fuck.
Just my speculation here, but maybe Ape is gonna have to spend the cold Minnesota winter in the woods in the cabin with PPP?
You know, there are plenty of monetary offers on the table for April to take. Josh has the most real one, but I also know that Kino Casino would bust out the platinum brooms Gator+ tier for April if she went on their show so she could give her truth about the whole situation.

IANAL, but if Nick takes a plea deal and then publicly states that he wuz a gud boy and din't do nuffin, is he not opening up the gates for people to request the bodycam footage to disprove his public statements?
You anal? Ewww...

But seriously, bodycam footage release requirements for anyone who didn't get the thread meme yet:
1) One of the three "adults" in it consents to its release. Nick obviously won't, Kayla won't as she doesn't need the money, April needs money but Nick can offer her 10x of what Josh did, and add free food, house, drugs and sex on top of that.
2) Bodycam footage gets used as evidence for trial. Nick took the plea, so no.
I don't know if April can still release the footage after the case is closed.

I wasn't saying the court would swoon in an orgiastic faint at Crackets' offer, only that PSAs in lieu of community service can and does happen. Aaron has a better chance of making that kind of deal over his RP charge than Lord Balldo ever did.
When Chris Brown was refused entry to Australia because of his DV history he tried to convince out government to let him in by offering to do anti-DV PSAs. They still keep refusing him visas.

If I'm not mistaken there is a third reason for why the bodycam footage is released, and that is if the police deem it necessary to defend themselves. For example, if someone in the footage is saying that they were mistreated or that the cops were being negligent.

There was another stream a long time ago where he explained his views that corporations just give people money without any expectations at all. That once he started working for a corporation (rumble), he didn't have to worry about ratings or views or stats or superchats. They would just pay him money forever and he could do whatever show he wanted. Even a show nobody watched.
I never saw the stream where he said all that, but I certainly remember around that time, being puzzled by him carrying on like a retard who stopped working hard once he had his Rumble contract. It's as if he thought Rumble wanted to reward him for his hard work over the previous few years when he wasn't on Rumble and they wouldn't care if he shit the bed going forward.

Fucking madness.

He wasn't wrong in the sense that Rumble and other streaming platforms pay dumb money when they're trying to break into the market. But 99% of the time this is a limited time offer and the follow-up one is much more realistic. Or you don't get another one. Or the platform itself dies. Expecting it to continue forever was ludicrous, you need to be Joe Rogan tier for them to front up that much money long term. And Joe can't stream about balldos, he has to maintain a product worth paying for. No one has the setup Nick thought he had, and him straight-face believing that was the agreement is a unique insight into his psychology. He's a lunatic limited only by his stupidity.

This was what Null tried to use to get it made public, using instances where people were suggesting the officers were corrupt and trying to frame him. The court didn't think it was necessary, probably because it's just crack heads and internet retards.

God; every time I think of that “dear John”
Moment it makes me feel low. That was so fucking cruel and evil that I can’t rationally explain why it makes me feel pleasure if Nick were to literally Burn for it. There was something just so damn low about it. For some reason I can’t rationally explain, I consider it virtually the lowest low of any LOLCOW and I’m at a total
Loss to explain that feeling/reaction.
Because we all know a John, a genuine hopeless fuckup retard who for no good reason and of our own volition we end up carrying on our back uphill like a cross

A John is human salvage. They accidently prey off human kindness. They might be druggies, molested, or just depressed but you never really expect your John to do anything other than John about, but that’s not why you help him is it? He’s the human equivalent of a stray cat.

Well Rikieta walked this John off a wire, and then later, through some miracle John stops being a John, or maybe he still is a John, and Rikieta for whatever reason demanded total John loyalty. This wailing cat in a river grabbed on to the first outstretched hand it found and now years later is expected to still serve his lordship.

And you know how it feels. Whip out your phone. Go to “that” contact and think of how retarded and spiteful you’d have to be to craft a dear John, then imagine doing it to for the world to hear. It’s not just calling the debt on your broke ass friend, it’s sending his ass to collections.

For anyone too young or too foreign to know, having celebrities do PSAs and one-off specials about drug awareness was pretty common to get reduced sentences back in the day. Nick thinks he's a celebrity, it's 100% believable that Nick thought this would fly.

Bukowski was a brilliant poet and prose stylist but absolutely not a role model unless you're a complete idiot.
Bukowski is right up their with Hunter S Thompson as the writers that real winners seek to emulate. See Ethan Ralph trying to explain HST to his Mexican physical therapist between sessions to fix his dead arm.
This sounds accurate. Nick talked about making deals and how well he was able to negotiate for his clients... But if you look at his record, he is a terrible negotiator...
I'm convinced that Kayla's legal filing is based on a real incident in which Nick's brilliant negotiation skills and street smarts resulted in him purchasing a bag of drywall dust. This later resulted in the thrupple using up his kid's Adderall medication to hold themselves over. Once they were able to score, and the kid started bouncing off the walls, Nick pulled a drunken MacGyver and doped his kid. And the rest they say, is history.
