Why do I feel like he's still drinking far more than the recommended maximums. Also I bet you the meds he's taking are anti-inflammatories but they're not being effective due to his lifestyle. You're supposed to be reducing inflammation any way you can but alcohol doesn't help inflammation and his eating habits certainly don't support healing either cause his body isn't absorbing most of the nutrients needed to support anything. Also the meds are there to support healing, not actually heal the tendonitis itself. His lack of healing is mostly due to him not taking a total rest of his hands to "work" on top of presumably not doing any restorative exercises.
Unless he's referring to psychiatric meds in which case they aren't exactly going to make him happy and motivated to do something that's currently sucking the soul (and health) out of him. And you have to cut alcohol cold turkey just straight up for most of them so cutting "most" isn't good enough.

Tendonitis, presumably caused by jacking off himself and/or his bf too much as well as typing and clicking the way he does. Carpal tunnel, tendonitis, and even tennis elbow are surprisingly common among basement dwellers cause of their keyboard and mouse use on top of their chronic masturbation. They don't have healthy muscle strength to begin with so the repeated behaviours they do nonstop for hours are more prone to hurting them.

I'm starting to wonder how he goes through life outside of the computer if he can't even do something simple as click a mouse or hold a gamepad.
