ProximityChat, a VRChat trolling YouTuber, had one of his recent videos falsely copyright claimed by this faggot, so Prox did some digging into Alan and made this 20-minute video about his findings, including many of the findings from this thread:
Apparently Alan leaked ProximityChat's personal information (which a copyright counter-notification requires) and tried to accuse his audience of swatting him.
ProximityChatt got his channel banned, and is specifically blaming Alan's cult: View attachment 6699057

Personally I see it as one part being the bigger person, and another part being on the same level as us.
I do feel it's worth pointing out that Prox had one of those fake cryptocurrency panel streams on his channel a few hours ago, indicating he was probably hacked. That kind of makes me iffy on whether or not his termination can be entirely blamed on Lubeski and his clique of totally-definitely-not-pedos.
Same here man. I watched a minute or two of one of his videos for the first time and got a good laugh out of the tiny bit I had seen. I left the video pulled up to watch it later, and by the time I came back, it was gone.

Be careful when shopping at this Winn-Dixie, because if they make a mistake on your order an hour after you leave thinking that you paid for your groceries at the store but THEY cancel your whole order and refund you rather than contact you about the situation and work with you to fix there mistake they will not only ignore you when trying to do the right thing but they will spreading lies about you to your neighbors! I brought my 2004 Seabring Chrysler with less then 85,000 miles on it down to this auto shop to get spark plugs at 10am est 03/05/2021.
I get a call at 4:50 only 10 min before they close on a Friday knowing there not open again until Monday letting me know that my engine seized! My car had no issues other then needing spark plugs when I brought it down. I took very good care of my car! I recently had an oil change tires, new roof, added after effect lighting. I am disabled and saved for two years to get this car! I am now trapped at home. I can not get to my doctors, the grocery store or anywhere because I live in the middle of nowhere! The mechanic said these things just happen and that he herd about a recall on this car. I had brought my car down to Vatland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram when I had herd about it and was certified as to not be part of the recall based on the vin number! I had no issues with my car at all other needing spark plugs. So then he changed to saying these things just happen! My car had no issues at all and low milage and very well cared for. He said he would wave the fee for the plugs and the work they did because he feels bad about everything as this is my only car. Why would he give away the work and parks free unless to try and limit his liability? I honestly feel they destroyed my motor its obvious to every single person i speak to and no one can believe it!! Other mechanics have said they must have blown the head gasket given what the oil looked like and the damage done. They may have damaged a rod when rocking the motor back to install the spark plugs but whatever they did they totaled the motor on a working car and now its completely dead! My insurance told me they are not going to pay for it because its the garages responsibility to, I ask for there insurance and certification information was refused. a police officer that came down to make sure everything remained civil asked them for there insurance and other information but they told him that they did not have any insurance! So now I have to pay to have my car towed from them to another mechanic or my home, pay to have it evaluated, pay for the repairs which I will do because I love the car. (just found out it can't be fixed) Then based on information given to me by the police officer about the liability in this matter, the advice of two other master mechanics, the regional directer of jiffy lube and ALL of my family and friends I may need to pay for court filing fees and to retain an attorney in case the mechanic and I can not come to other arrangements! This mechanic is legally and morally obligated to repair the damages his staff caused. I am willing to work with them to fix this issue one on one but the end result must be the return of my car in working and safe to be driven order, As it was when it was dropped off and they took responsibility for my car! I saw a story you did on something like this in Orlando and I am begging you for help. Dr. Keller Is amazing! His wife/ secretary however is abusive and very argumentative. She gives advice that contradicts her husband all the time! I would call it practicing medicine without a license but im no lawyer. She refuses to do follow ups on referrals and has no qualms about abandoning pationts that do not bend to her will. The last straw was when she had another patient impersonate a police officer rather then deliver a message to her husband about a denied referral! Dr. Keller must be a saint for staying married to a person like that for as long as he has!

The Vero Beach office is a dumpster fire! (The dentist Overleese and his assistant where fantastic and i wanted the treatment they offered me!) I planed on coming back! I did everything I was told to do but I was left in pain for more then thirty days! That being said the office staff refuses to do there jobs in anyway shape or form. The office staff leaves you in extreme pain to wait more then thirty days for a follow up appointment! They do this even though the dentist told them he wanted to see you again right away! Fire the office staff for that location and hire people dedicated to there jobs, people who take pride in serving the public and that has the dentists that they work for best interest at heart! Right now there are doing that office a HUGE disservice! These people could hardly care what there actions cause! Whats worse is other offices related to this one have tried to call them to find out whats going on and they just hang up on them to! The office staff at the Vero Beach office have no follow through and they do not care what pain and suffering they cause! Further more the OFFICE Staff IE: Secretaries and appointment makers are offering medical advice to patients in lieu of the dentists! I did not know they where legally allowed to practice medicine!

I was not happy with how I was treated (insulted directly from the manager), Over charged despite having a prepaid receipt from a booking agent, No maintenance had been done to the room (several fixtures and room amenities where broken or totally missing), the room had received very lazy turn down service! (there was still trash in the room yet no trash bag!?) The pool, tiki bars and general store closed early and didn't open until late the next day so never got to use them to relax between meetings but I was charged a resort fee non the less!? breakfast was over priced for what they give you! Other resorts in the area give you much the same and call it a complementary continental breakfast. When I tried to speak to the front desk I was brushed off! Wile they made a point to keep eye contact and say "Have a good day!" and point toured the door. This resort has the potential to be really great but they would have to first retrain there staff because they do not have a passion for there work and could careless about the guests! That was made obvious by not only how they treated me but I watched them abuse several other patrons of the establishment!
So beware when staying here you are not a priority to them in anyway shape or form and until they understand that they are there for the guests, to ensure they have an enjoyable stay at there location they will only be a mediocre resort at best! It really is a shame that they dropped the ball because they could be really great!

For all we know Lubeski's cult (furries are stereotyped as being a large majority of the tech industry) hacked his account to get it shut down. And before you argue "why not delete the channel?" because it would be far more suspicious to have it deleted and more people would be up in arms about furry vigiliantes deleting channels they don't like.

Agreed, my guess is he wants eyes on the situation. Youtube intervenes when many people are complaining, so it makes sense to want a bigger youtuber to get involved, as it could resolve everything for him really quickly.
TL;DR:
-The Elderly furry who convinced a 18 year old to move out to Cali with him is suing ProximityChat in small claims court. Keep in mind this was the guy who threatened to sue Prox if he used video of his username and avatar.

I thought I would do a little bit of a writeup about the Lubeski/ProximityChat drama, to help people who may be interested in this and to help me be a better writer on this forum:
Proximity Chat ProximityChat is a YouTuber who focuses on the weird and bizarre groups that have made their lives into revolving entirely around VRChat. VRChat is a game like Second Life in which you play as an avatar of your choice and go to servers and interact with real people; the caveat of VRChat being it's first person perspective and can be played with virtual reality glasses. ProximityChat's videos consist of him going into random worlds and interacting with the weird people that inhabit them. For his part he is very calm with his speaking and mostly annoys these people by refusing to leave them alone, asking repetitive questions, taking pictures with a built-in camera, etc. The act is a simple one: mildly-annoying acts which functioning people will be barely inconvenience by, but to terminally-online people who live in echo chambers its torture. You have to keep in mind that just about every server he visits are public, meaning that while any idiot can go and mess with these people (and they probably do), he's the one filming it. On November 4th, 2024 ProximityChat made a video of his interactions with Alan Lubeski's furry cult, Furry Keys. Five days later Alan Lubeski proceeded to copyright strike the video, making it unavailable. Link|Archive

It is important to note that ProximityChat in his community server is far different that how he shows himself in his videos. While he will give context in post, he is still very calm in the way he acts. This is of course to continue to sell the character of ProximityChat; he is a shitposter who is acting in a bland sort of way to get under the skins of a group of people who are massively underdeveloped in the behavior department. He wants to fuck with people and so does his community, which is why when he posted this, his community responded in kind:
On the 11th of November, ProximityChat released another update to his community. Apparently, the Furry Keys community was planning a mass-reporting of all of his videos:

The man starting this flagging campaign is DP Dragon, a capo of Lubeski, or so it was thought. While in an at the time upcoming video, DP Dragon is a major focus of it and is presented as a lieutenant, these screenshots paint a different picture. Apparently whatever groups associate with Furry Keys are in the middle of larping political games, consisting of proxy-wars and pedophilia. While DP Dragon may not be fully loyal, siding with Lubeski to take down ProximityChat seems to be convenient to him.
On the 27th of November, ProximityChat released the following video on all the information he could collect on Alan Lubeski (with screenshots from this thread), with lengthy sections on other members such as DP Dragon, and a (at least to my knowledge) an unknown 70-year old furry who is known for being sue happy ( to the point that ProximityChat had to censor any footage with him in it and keeping his name anonymous) and for grooming a boy to move out to live with him when he turned 18.

This turn of events had led to ProximityChat releasing a statement later in the day to try and stop his audience from trying to de-platform Lubeski:
On the 30th of November, Proximity Chat posted an update to give context to his ban. Apparently someone hacked his channel and started livestreaming a Crypto-scam, causing his ban. The members of Furry Keys may of been behind it, but it isn't completely known. On top of this, DP Dragon reporting ProximityChat to the police, and the 70-year old man is taking him to small claims court. For a man who originally threatened to sue if he was shown in the video or was identified, he should think of what happens when the court documents get released.
For three weeks ProximityChat's channel was banned, with the only update being an automatic response from YouTube. His channel is back up, with every video being available for viewing, except for the Furry Keys video. If you know of a way to watch copywrite-stricken videos, the link to it is above. It would be extremely appreciated if we could get our hands onto it.

I did some digging in Proximity Chat's discord, it looks like the furry who is suing Proximity is quite the character himself, CrazyJoe1952, he had been mentioned on the farms as early as 2019, some notable things about him, he's a babyfur, has sex within his fursuits (NSFW), he's 72 years old, has an affinity for cub pornography, has a very unsettling relationship with animals (more so than most furries). He has over the years, uploaded of hundreds of videos related to the furry fandom on Youtube (A), most of them seem pretty harmless on the surface, other than the strange obsession with pool toys, but there's definitely some disturbing outliers, I haven't gone through all his videos personally but these two seemed to make the mark on Proximity's community.
