Basically what happened was after the TJ and Shinji fight Shinji was so fucked up he could not stand and the last thing I remember on the livestream before it cut was Sam mentioning getting Shinji to a doctor. It was very abrupt.

Excuse me, but the contract clearly states:

Therefore, other Satanic pacts notwithstanding, all lifespirits, vitae, and eternal souls (including any this contestant has stolen from others) shall be kept in perpetuity by Production and trusted subcontractors until a time deemed convenient to Production to release the contestant from their mortal toil. In the event a contestant shall perish in the rigours of the Fishtank prior to elimination or voluntary withdrawal, said lifespirits, vitae, and eternal souls shall be - without compensation to the families - kept by Production and transferred to the Echo Bazaar escrow account held by Fishtank LLC.

This "lawsuit" will hardly stand up in a court of immortal justice.

Fatty was having a blast there and was disappointed the whore got kicked out, was not sexual assault at all. Fatty even said he loved her.

Payton really didn't do much of anything during the hot dog, milk chugging, and smoking section of that challenge. She just kind of blended in and pretended to do something and it worked in tricking people into thinking she was actually trying. She ate one hot dog very slowly, drank half of a cup of milk, and smoked zero cigs. Payton was a little bit of help during the physical portions of that challenge only, and I would rank her just above Binx in that challenge.

payton absolutely carried her team during the physical part of the challenge, and was smoking two cigs at once until production made her stop because she's a minor
burt was the most useless on that team and even got them fined time for what was it? fake puking? taking a shit?

Burt had diarrhea all day, was he supposed to shit his pants lol his "fake" puking wasn't very fake by the end of it, he ate tons of dogs and drank tons of milk and was puking everywhere. Sam fined time from Burt to fuck with him and Alex as usual because they obviously tried the hardest. The s3 contestants have now found out and came to terms with the fact that the challenges are all arbitrary and the ones who try the hardest are the ones who will get fucked with because they will react the most while the ones who blend in are allowed to coast without any road blocks because no one cares to even try to bother them. It's like this every season, hence Josie and TJ winning the previous seasons.

Burt winning s3 is an anomaly really, I'm surprised Sam didn't give Burt second place just on virtue of Burt trying too hard to win since the wiggers prefer boring people to win.

i just rewatched ~5 mins of it
she got to her 4th hot dog by the time burt was starting his third and alex was whining about water
you're either misremembering payton's performance or weren't paying attention. challenges were the only thing she was good at

If someone actually got hurt and wanted to press charges I think Sam would be fucked. No contract is going to get you out of someone getting brain damage in an unsanctioned boxing match in a living room. I think a judge would look at that and it would be over.

Yeah, you can sign a contract stating that someone can do anything to you, but that doesn't make it legally binding.

Fatty is a real freak, BUT WHAT WOULD LORRAINE THINK? He genuinely seemed uncomfortable when LingLing was on his lap that one time, hitting on him. I was surprised. I figured he would be into it.
