Anyway my assessment of the video is that they're both annoying and deserve what they got. The lady seems to think that someone being a rude """white supremacist""" means it's okay to harass them, and Nick seems to think that if you're a pussy it's legally justifiable to pepper spray anyone who shows up at your door. If they both get charged with something that would own.

conflicting info on where the actual case will be heard. misdemeanors heard on room 113? could be possible the cops used a template for the report and made an error, so maybe keep an eye on room 113 also

Fuentes comes off as a massive pussy, but for the most part he managed to avoid making incriminating statements to the police. Credit where credit is due. Too bad he stole her phone and didn't bother deleting the video of him assaulting her before giving it back.
 
Does it seem strange that the cops came in just on this random call (which wasn't even mentioned that its a possible assault) at this address?
Surely if he's being honest about calling the cops an hour before they came and several times the day before - why would they only act now?
For me, there are two possibilities. Either he spam calls the police at every minor disturbance and now he's the boy calling wolf or the actual police know what he's on about and are just looking for the right moment to spring some cuffs on him.
And I can't decide which option is gayer
