You probably know that 7-11 set up shop in Japan and that's doing well. What you probably don't know is that the East Asian side did so well that it was able to more-or-less fully consume the original American business and now the Japs have been looking at the absolute state of convenience stores in the US and realizing, "if we do literally the bare minimum of cleanup, offer decent food, and streamline inventory, we can basically take over this market where people have retarded amounts of money to spend and are willing to spend it at convenience stores."

To that end, they've been clearing out the jeets who run their stores like crap. The ones that don't play ball either get bought out or have their franchising rights terminated. I think Circle-K has been doing something similar but I'm less familiar with how they're run.

My friend had a similar experience with Indian shop owners. Apparently, they also had big community organisations for other Indian small-business owners and landlords and they would pool their money together to purchase new ventures and such.

The store owners would give really preferential shifts to their barely-literate family members and treat the rest of the staff incredibly poorly.

They were also landlords, of course; they would rent to other shifty Indians.

I think they would also delegate various businesses and properties amongst themselves and their families. Many of them also had arranged marriages to people from India (importing even more of them into the country.

Once you have an indian manager it's conquered territory. From then on it will be staffed almost entirely by indians, buy from other indians and expend as much effort to have as little native involvement as possible.

Don't get me started on Chinese students. Their insane school culture beats out any sort of ingenuity or risk-taking through a childhood of mind-numbing test taking. Trying to get a Chinese student to think for themselves is a Herculean task. Getting one to actively argue with their PI is even harder.

Related, every wonder why China despite having a fucking massive consumer market doesn't create new genres of music and television? It's because the most banal and generic of genres are eternally retread with only minor changes. They make whatever the number crunchers think will be a commercial success, and so you'll never see something alienating to existing audiences like metal show up. This is also why the Chinese companies just buy up Western game dev studios when they want to get into the gaming industry. They have no ideas of their own, and they've tried nothing. Just buy someone else who's proven to be creative and keep paying them to do the same thing for you. Who gives a shit as long as the money is good. See also why Chinese owned gaming studios are more averse to going woke and, usually, have minimal CCP-esque interference.

So yeah, cheating is a big problem in China. There aren't enough good jobs to go around and top university positions are gatekept by test taking. Rich Chinese students can afford foreign education to leave this whole system, but the less affluent will cheat if necessary to get ahead. Frankly, it's why I'm not the least bit worried about China taking over the world. The present iteration of China is content and eager to grind itself to dust over its own lack of creativity and desire for the most predictable forms of success shared by a population apparently incapable of imagining something else.

Jeets in my experience are allergic to physical labor, and everything that would be called "blue collar" in general (except maybe commercial drivers). Don't think I've ever seen one in trades/skilled blue collar jobs. They WILL sweep the floors on a construction site or such if it helps them with their visa. But 99% of bottom barrel ones go for minimum wage service sector jobs over (better paying) construction or agri.

They are like parasites, they put their foot in the corporate structure, and slowly overtake it so they can infest the whole company and suck it dry.

I think the only reasonable way of dealing with pajeets is the Gulf States model. Just treat them like slaves and treat them harshly. You can't give a jeet even an inch. Never, ever put them in a managerial position, or in charge of anything. Don't give them any privileges or rights, and constantly let them know their place. They will come eagerly anyways. I'd say castrating them on arrival would be also a good policy.
