The Lord, in His merciful wisdom, fails to mention any circumstances in mitigation or extenuation that exempt troons from this decree. Flynt/Wu should probably steer clear of quoting the Bible -- and of falsely claiming to have read it.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he's chimed into some atheism discussions on Twitter with the good old "Some of my closest childhood friends in Mississippi were atheists, but their Christian fundamentalist parents drove them to suicide so that makes me qualified to speak authoritatively on this issue"

Based on everything said, I doubt that John Flynt even had friends. You'd probably have your mates you hung out on the playground with, but I doubt that these "closest childhood friends" ever existed. Young John Flynt was either that weird kid you hung out with sometimes because he had a Sega Genesis at home. Or a bully. One of the two.

If Flynt/Wu was a bully, he's the kind who would have picked on kids two grades behind him. Fifth-grader John Walker Flynt might have been the terror of everyone in the third grade, but there's no way he bullied anyone his own age.

I can't help but feel Flynt must have gone to a private school given the family wealth and how we can't find shit on him any earlier than the first college years. Probably an all-boys school at that since Wu never talks about their childhood out of context blatant lies.

Well you know, it was probably just some ordinary high school in Mississippi, long before the days everything was plastered all over the internet. Even someone like CWC, a decade later and in a less hick-ish part of the country, I don't think we'd have been able to find his high school if he weren't constantly obsessing over it.

It's actually kind of brilliant how they will say anything just to contradict Trump. The people who claim to be so concerned about police brutality, say, have no problem with starting a two-front hot war against Russia and China. What could possibly go wrong?

China doesn't want to start shit with America for the same reason a shopkeeper doesn't kill his biggest customer. The US Navy is still massive and overshadows China's by leagues. China knows this. They outnumber the US in terms of personnel, but given the quality of their training and equipment, Chinese infantry are good for human wave attacks and little else.

Is there any way we can goad Bri Bri into talking more about the military? I want to laugh at her Tom Clancy (the games) level of understanding.
