As much as it would be funny to think as such, I doubt it. The breast milk incident happened in 2008, while Grummz left Blizzard in 2005. Unless she was mistaken about the year, or Grummz started this shit that it influenced other male employees until it was discovered in 2008, or Grummz secretly did that even when he no longer worked there, I don't really think he was the one behind this especially that there's more than enough stuff to criticize him about.

I'm pretty sure one of the directors for fallout 2 and fallout new Vegas as well as Knights of the old Republic 2 doesn't really talk about Elon Musk at all he mainly tweets about how much he thinks uh discrimination is actually fundamentally wrong in the fallout TV show is mediocre and he could have done it better which most likely is true.
