Is the judge informing you about your chance to televise the public humiliation of Nick Rekieta?Cheeky
Yes please. As an aside, don't you think the poll should first be on weather Nick takes the deal or not?
DoneYes please.
Oh, fuck that's a good one. Addedyes, but he'll insist we don't understand the facts and logic of how he totally wasn't owned by the State
Much like Aaron, she's an eyewitness and, unlike Aaron, a personal participant in every aspect of the case, even the part after Aaron committed his one act of prudence and got the fuck out of Dodge.I know it's a long shot but I wonder if April can - at this stage - flip on the Rekietas to get her charges dismissed. Would there be any advantage for the State to do so?
I need a 'yes, but he'll insist we don't understand the facts and logic of how he totally wasn't owned by the State'.
Once he pleads guilty I assume Kayla will get a similar plea deal as well, though not sure if April will to scorched earth if she gets the chance.
I guess it will depend on whether or not she is homeless by then. Anyone know the closing date on the Baldo Bunker?Once he pleads guilty I assume Kayla will get a similar plea deal as well, though not sure if April will to scorched earth if she gets the chance.
"You have been visited by the cocaine fairy. He has a cocaine ferry."It was Hunter's cocaine!

Turns out making the same argument over and over again doesn't yield a different result.Kayla's motions are thrice DENIED
Wasn´t this paragraph:Kayla's motions are thrice DENIED
Before the Balldo™ crows you will deny me three times!Kayla's motions are thrice DENIED
Certified legal advice here; it always works the fourth time you repeat your argument. Trust me bro.Turns out making the same argument over and over again doesn't yield a different result.
The arguments were actually different. Nick was trying to have the video thrown out in its entirety, leaving the state without probable cause.Exactly the same from Nick´s motion?
I think it depends on how hardball they want to go. If they did want to go hard on Nick specifically, they'd do them separately to try to get Kayla to turn on Nick or Nick to cave in for an easier deal for Kayla. I don't Balldo is the kind of man to go for the latter because he is weak.Anyone know if/when they'll lump Kayla and Nick into the same Settlement Conference? I think Sean or Kurt predicted that would likely occur.
