His poor family being subjected to his myriad of catastrophic fuck ups... If my old man had to be uprooted during a period of ill health because of my dipshit brother, the lawsuit would end swiftly because I would neutralise him. Nathan is an incredibly good sport.

Maybe you can visit Cobes if you wind up in Wyoming, Mr Hardin.

Also, this had me fucking rolling. I can only imagine the wet, mushmouthed seething it induced.

So Greer thinks the defendant's lawyer should be a "neutral third party"?
Greer thinks lawyers and judges are the adult version of the teachers who made kids be nice to him.

I hope Russ ends up paying Mr. Hardin's legal fees. He (Russell) deserves nothing less.

The rat-faced little gimp legitimately thinks that the Tenth Circuit's bullshit means the case is effectively over and he won, but Hardin is drawing things out from sheer spite.
I swear that the way Russ is acting means there are cases that we haven't found yet, where the opposing lawyer just said "look, it's cheaper to give ratdick here $50 to go away" and so he expects that's what opposing council does (and, to be fair, the cheapest option is often a settlement of some sort).

The problem is that Russ wants a settlement that is worth more than the Farms itself, because it would kill the Farms. Oh, and he's a ratdick retard.

He has insinuated it, but he's stretching credibility: asking the court to believe that these witnesses are fully knowledgeable about the case and willing to testify for him, and at the same time not close enough to him that he can pick up the phone and ask for their addresses. This is clearly retarded to any sensible person, hence we are falling back, yet again, on the "me too dumb, me pro se, me no know" defense that has worked so well for Greer so far.

I wonder if he'll actually make that argument to the court- I hope he has to. Either that or he may have to admit that he simply disregarded the requirements (and the judge's order).

I will say that, if I were Russ's potential "witness," I wouldn't tell him my address. He's shown a propensity to try and involve people in legal cases (as plaintiffs!) who have no interest in doing so.

Null could probably settle for fairly cheap but it goes against his principles to do so.

Greer's settlement offers in the past have been to have Null delete his thread and run a bot to delete any instance of Greer's name or euphemisms for it and prevent them from ever showing up again on the Farms again. While cheap, that obviously goes against Null's principles and is completely retarded.

...and puts you in an Acerthorn-style situation where the settlement is (or feels like) a trap to fuel future litigation, since stopping people on here from talking about Russ is pretty hard.

I still don't know what the limit is with that. Greer basically does nothing right so anything we do making fun of him could be said to be indirectly helping him.
I feel you. I'm anticipating something in his next filing that's going to be really, really funny, but I can't say anything because I don't want to warn Schrodinger's Retard.

Everything in this case is really, really funny, if you're not the one paying for it.

Settlement is never an option. There are tens of thousands of people who want to censor the Internet. Accepting a single settlement is the death of the entire site. We either go full Walmart and devote a huge portion of our resources to fighting off deranged retards, or we don't survive.

This is probably right. If we don't see something by 4:30 p.m. on Christmas Eve, we probably won't until 2025. I hope the judge has had enough of this bullshit that he doesn't want to see Russhole's rat face any time in 2025.
If the judge nukes the case on Christmas Eve, that is the greatest Christmas gift of all.

I'm interested in that Steve guy from Utah, considering he was also part of the reason RG requested a transfer back, what happens if it was a totally made up guy?
Would a "Oh he got cold feet and won't testify anymore" be enough?
Could he be forced to disclose the info about him (even if only to the court) to prove it was not a wholesale lie?
Obviously the guy was scared off by the HARDSHIP and has entered witness protection to avoid any Kiwi altercations.

My guess is Steve is as real as that lawyer Ken in Greer's book that only exists to act as validation for his terrible ideas.
