Well, that wasn't smart, Russ.
"Hardin's asking the witnesses basic questions? How could that happen in a lawsuit?" - Greer

Greer told both of his witnesses to not answer any questions, so we're down from no evidence and irrelevant testimony to no evidence and no testimony.

Lawyers subpoenaing witnesses is apparently predatory behavior.

Looks like we're in for an absolute banger of a motion from Greer though, I'm sure he's furiously typing out on his Iphone now why his witnesses shouldn't have to answer any questions.

I love that he's telling his family to get lawyers involved... in an email that includes Hardin.

This is such great work by Russell, I'm so happy with the amount of lunacy that we're getting recently.
Considering his thought process throughout the case he is probably expecting Hardin to represent them pro bono against... Himself? After all he should be a neutral third party 🙏

ohhh that's the good shit. Inject that shit right into my veins.

I have to hope that Hardin at least enjoys this in part with how bizarre it is. I'd be very satisfied to be able to write legal lolcow art like Hardin has, time and money wasted notwithstanding.

Imagine being enough of a failson to put your family in this position in the first place over hurt feelings and the first they learn of it is when they're summoned.

Then you send this to your ailing father.

I've become pretty blackpilled about the courts treating him with kid gloves but at this point it's like Russ is trying to piss them off into fast-tracking his legal and financial annihilation right before Christmas. :story:

This almost feels like some sort of attempt at 4D chess to trick his family into joining him in the lawsuit and hiring lawyers on his behalf. He has to have known that the reason he provides contact information for his witnesses is in order for the other party to contact them as part of the lawsuit. From there, Hardin contacts them, and then Russell spins wild tales to them of Harding being an evil harasser cyberstalking him. They now feel personally involved and as though they need to "protect" themselves... by hiring attorneys who then work on the case with Russell.

Even if that's not the case, this is a really shitty thing to put your family through over Christmas.
