When any part of that formula is removed or fucked with, people are not happy. To completely remove one of those elements betrays the trust of the viewer. All three of those things are either outright stated or strongly implied as the concept for every trailer the show has done. If Regis Philbin doesnt hand a mothafucka a million bucks at the end of 'Who Wants to be a Millionare', we got a problem.

Don’t know if this is true but supposedly Steinful said in the site chat that the next episode is 2 hours and 40 minutes which would explain the delay.

That implies they're still editing the episode. Honestly, Sam shouldn't be paying these guys much. Yes, higher quality is better, but were they just not doing any working during the season?
