I suspect that would be unlikely. The entire point of the job requirement in these plea agreements and probation is the statistical evidence that if someone has a job, they are less likely to reoffend and end up back in the system.I could conceivably see someone being allowed to claim self employment for streaming.
The courts don't care what legal work you do as long as it keeps you busy. Nick streaming once a month isnt going to meet that requirement.
I also highly doubt that the boomer judge is going to understand what a streamer is nor will the prosecutor agree to Nick going back to drunk streams.
This is just my opinion. Think of a situation like BossmanJack being required to get a job for early release, and him claiming gambling streams as a job.
At least BMJ could argue that he does around 40 hours a week gambling. But no way would the court ever agree to this
Sean could use interpretive dance and shadow puppets on his stream and his content is still lightyears ahead of most of lawtube considering he is like the only regularly practicing lawyer among that entire sphere of failures.IMO, Sean is the best at it, even if you want to argue he's not the most technically adept.
