Its safe to say that the people keeping this guy with his wife and kids are the only thing that is keeping him for completely ruining his life. The moment his parents are gone sorry to say this. He will abandon his wife and kids and go for another crack whore. Nick strikes me as a guy who always thinks about himself first. He is too old didn’t get to screw around and screw up his life when
He was younger so he will do it when he is older.

Mark my words it will always end in divorce regardless his kids will
Hate him his family will never be stable.
My prediction:

I think that if he gets a plea agreement that permits him to see April, he's gonna divorce Kayla soon and shack up with April.

That might actually be all that's been keeping the marriage alive at this point: The uncertainty of whether he can keep his side ho.

If he can't see her, the chances of a divorce probably diminish, but it's still non-zero.

The problem is Nick has been speculated to draw a salary as a member of the Trusts Board. Which weirdly likely qualifies as sufficient employment (he likely makes more than the averaged drugged up skell before the court) while at the same time doing nothing that actually keeps him busy and out of trouble or likelihood to reoffend.
The returns of the Foundation are online. The grandchildren (ie, Nick's generation) rotate as directors. Some years there have been payments made to a director, but it's not a consistent thing and Nick hasn't been paid in the years he's been director. The payments have been under USD 50K.

What is possible, though, is that disbursements have been directed to entities controlled by the family. The Foundation has more outgoings than revenue every year which would raise the question of whether it's being used to shift wealth except that it doesn't have a lot of assets or revenue anyway.

It seems strange to me that he can't see another person that wants to see him based on a court order. I can understand not having the slag in his home or around his kids but how can the court make it illegal to shack up in a hotel room or something? Unless he's that desperate to have her next to him with the Joker (raped in the newest movie) behind them. I'm no expert on the law or anything but I've never heard of a no-contact order for two people that don't mind contacting before. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Okay. You're wrong.

@Potentially Criminal explained it here. It's actually fairly common.

When the idea was first put forward that Nick might get hit with this, and that he was resisting it (thus leading to a second plea agreement conference), a bunch of people on and off site were like "nuh uh, the government can't do that."

Yes they can.

Will they? I guess we're waiting till January now to get a definitive answer.

It's unenforceable and ridiculous as a practical matter. We all know that your average serious drug dealer is probably hanging out with other felons despite what any plea agreement says. It simply gives the State leverage if the person commits any future crimes.

Where it's sticky - very sticky - in Rekieta's case is that CPS is monitoring him and he's probably headed for divorce and a custody dispute. It is not a good look for him to recouple with a woman who is 1) Charged with a felony; 2) Stumbled out of the master bedroom on bodycam; 3) Had coke all over her credit card in said bedroom.

Meanwhile, she has not been through a recovery program (that we know of) despite doing whatever this is:

Because it's assumed that if two individuals subjected to such an order are meeting together, then they are plotting or committing criminal activity. This happens all the time with street gang members who are sometimes banned by court order from associating with each other.

maintain that what really caused Nick's mental decay was his poor diet on top of drugs and liquor. Normally it takes years and years of heavy drug and alcohol abuse to wreck your brain as bad as Nick has. Nick did a speed run and torched his brain in perhaps a year or two, and that's because the Dorito-a-Day diet is so utterly deficient in nutrition while the heavy alcoholism further denies the body the nutrition it needs. Malnourishment causes brain damage, and Nick was getting negative amounts of nutrients as alcohol robs it from the body. Nick literally starved himself into irreversible mental retardation.
I doubt it. Nick has likely always been retarded. Drugs and booze just accelerated the mask slipping. This is why he seems more retarded now. Because we absolutely know specific details and he can't wordsmith his way out of it anymore.

I think this is why he doesn't stream anymore. He realises the audience sees through him and he can't control his emotions.

2. The source may be trustful but Nick may have fed them bullshit;

This seemed the most likely scenario especially because Aaron said much of the leak pertained to a topic he can't talk about, followed by carefully couching his description of the dump-April ultimatum in terms of a "certain someone" or "the powers that be" having insisted on it. If it was the state or Nick's parents that insisted on it, then Aaron would have been free to say so, but if it was Kayla and her family that insisted on it, then Aaron's restraining order would have forced him to tiptoe around the topic exactly the way he did. And of course feeding juicy goss to Aaron through this "source" about something Kayla forced Nick to do would be in keeping with the Balldoguard's repeated pattern of baiting Aaron into even the slightest arguable restraining order violation in hopes of then reporting it.

All of which is hilarious when considering that the Stearns County cops they would be reporting it to must already be annoyed at discovering they were exploited as unwitting pawns in Nick's personal revenge fantasy earlier on, and probably are also sick and tired of their time being wasted by whatever frivolous reports of restraining order violations have already been called in to no avail. A "source" says they've already found an elegant solution to that little problem:

DISCLAIMER: The above is AI-generated satire not to be taken as a statement of fact, which should already be obvious as he would never have the work ethic necessary to clean that shower as depicted.

Got any examples of this retarded behavior Nick displayed before 2022? He's always been lazy, spiteful, perverse, and narcissistic, but I can't think of anything that matches the legitimate "I can't read social cues" shit he's done on the regular since 2022 or so. I don't count shit like him whining that Vic wouldn't go on his stream (to me it sounded like he was upset he couldn't make yet more money off him) or the relationship stories he'd tell with Drexel (exaggerated bullshit).

That's a contrast to the late 2022-onward Nick, who thinks he "won" when Null locked his thread for a few hours, regularly boasts how he's about to win before shutting up when he inevitably loses, and gives his 8 year old cocaine since he believes it cures anxiety.

The mask slipped precisely because he gave himself serious brain damage. If his body visibly decayed in just a year during 2023, imagine how bad it must be on the inside?

He’s always like that with his internet and in real life retardation. Plus with degeneracy and his coomer behavior, and negligence towards his children. Balldo is simply a narcissist cuck who can’t stop being retarded, and being a druggie and an alcoholic at the same time only makes the situation worse for his poor children that’s still in his custody.
Non-practicing lawyer, excellent job ruining your life slowly.

I’m going to be highly optimistic about it, it’s either Nick going to accept the plea to permit him from seeing April; or that he’ll pull up the lawyer excuse slip again and worsening the situation. Correct me if I’m wrong.

Nick can’t let go of his hoes, so it’ll be difficult for the Balldo to decide which druggie ho. He’s close to his crackwhores, and it’s a tough decision for which one for the cuck. It won’t be a 0% chance for the marriage to ending; but I’ll somehow predict that he’ll return to the crackhouse and do his retardation again. People know who Nick truly was, and his reclusion to stream is crystal clear, and they’ll oust his behavior at any time soon. It’s the highest pressure rate he’s ever been, with the plea agreement as well.

Best example I can recall is the "Cuck Commander" saga, something that has added piquance given more recent events. He got his merch (Ron Toye derived IIRC) nuked by the Duck Commander lawyers and saddled up his righteous outrage high horse ridiculing those lawyers and declaring that their position was nonsense and he would inevitably win a glorious victory. It was the full Rackets performance going through just how right he was and retarded the opposition was with the outrage turned up to 11.

The glorious victory never materialised and Rackets just stopped mentioning the issue.

Incidentally the lawyer Rackets claimed to be using, Stephen Burch (again IIRC), one of his Big Brain Panel of lawyer friends - remember that? didn't take part in the public clownshows and, along with the rest of that Panel (save for the poster boy of legal expertise and general competence that is Ty Beard) all seem to have long ago quietly and sensibly stepped back from involvement with the Minnesotan fantasist.

We never saw him under serious pressure before 2022.
The only pressure he faced was being mocked by thousands of his former viewers and the betrayals from Null and Sean. Money wasn't an issue for him until end of 2023 when he tried to con Aaron into buying the Balldo Bunker.

That seems like Nick just being lazy than Nick being genuinely retarded, since there's a reasonable argument that "Cuck Commander" constitutes parody ergo fair use. He just never followed up on his righteous copyright dispute.

I had a fever dream last week that April avenged the skunks and raccoons. She's a woodsy little trollop with a wide array of suitable weapons at her disposal. The spirits of the dead animals will guide her hands.

This sounds horrifying. I'd need a holiday if I dreamt about lolcows.

Is this really the case though? I do not mean to doubt, but you have a qualifier in your statement. It sounds absolutely mad that your rich family can 'employ' you to get around court orders.
