Because sexual orientation is different from gender. Binding.... doesn't make your tits go away. Like, it doesn't make them actually shrink, it flattens them down temporarily. In the long run it'll start breaking down/damaging the tissue and making them sag, but they're not just going to magically go away the way he's claiming.
