It's amazing to me that he CCd Hardin into his emails to the witnesses. Witnesses tampering is already pretty stupid, but to include opposing counsel in it is clownshoes.
I was racking my brain trying to figure out how Hardin figured out Greer did that on such short notice. Guess I was outplayed by Greer's 4D chess.

If fees are awarded, Hardin should treat himself with something nice, something funny for Greer to be paying off with Uber money for the remainder of his life.

My suggestion? A mighty vessel named after himself

Not sure why, but my brain keeps going to a movie from 90 years ago, with a little Shirley Temple singing "On the hard-ship Kiwifarms, Sonic the Hedgehog has blue arms..."
It's only 8AM in Vegas, though I'd have thought Greer would have been furiously pounding it out last night. He allegedly has a job so we might not get something till this evening.
I have never seen anything he's written that didn't look like he just threw it together in 10 minutes. I don't think he's ever put much effort into anything in his life, just abused the pity of those around him.

Long time lurker of this saga, haven't posted until now, I had to download and check the files in 197 to actually realise Hardin found out about this because he was literally included in the email. I didn't think Greer could be this retarded, I am proven wrong again :lossmanjack:
I think Greer purposely did that as a fuck you to Hardin for actually checking Greer's sources. His reactions are purely emotional and he doesn't think of the consequences.

When he writes his book about this saga, "How I sued a website and ended up broke and homeless", I'm sure he'll reframe it as a clever 4D chess gambit by the unseen mover that he is to lure Hardin into a trap that only failed because the dang biased judge just wouldn't see things his way.

Just an irrelevant comment in the grand scheme of things, but now his email screenshot looks normal.

normal email print.pngruss print - levels adjusted.png

I have no idea how he altered the previous screenshot to look that way.

I'm just trying to picture the look on the Judges face when he reads that e-mail where Russ is telling his own Witness, his Father, to get a lawyer in order to fight the subpoena?

Is it actually possible to raise the question as to whether a plaintiff is mentally competent in a Civil Trial?

That supposed "harassment" email still looks suspicious, even more than just the milquetoast language.

Kiwi Farms, the well-oiled doxing machine of the hateful Internet, couldn't come up with something bigger to torment Greer with? Only the exact information Russ already sent, which he already knows? Even a normie like Hardin found more personal information than this supposed obsessive stalker child.

Like you said, it's Russ making it all about Russ. This "stalker" didn't go to his brother or father with a hateful message, no, he conveniently goes to Russ himself. If someone contacted his family Russ surely would have included that. And Russ can't claim his family was harassed, because they're about to be deposed under oath and the truth would come out.
The more I look at this screenshot, the more I'm convinced Russell sent it to himself. Aside from matching his writing style, the "word_word_word_word" formatting of the handle is exactly how he formats his own handles (ie: just_some_dude_named_russell, piano_stud_whatever, etc). It's him.

It's been patently obvious for years that Russ fakes most if not all of the harassment directed at him in his filings. He's really not very good at it. Hardin doesn't bring it up because the harrassment claims were already adjudicated and dismissed. The original judge recognized them for what they were. Why burn client money answering that particular bullshit?

it'd be funny if hardin could subpoena information on who owns the troll account though, but I doubt it would be worth the money and effort. Nor would it be relevant regardless of who owns it.

It's almost certainly not worth Hardins time. It's also not his issue to prove it was someone else. I'm fairly sure it's Russ problem to try and find who it was and that's be a separate case and cause. Assuming that the troll if it isn't Russ wasn't clever. Enough to use a VPN and fake info as tuta is one of the few providers you can not fork over a phone number or payment info through last I checked.

I'm not a lawyer but I don't imagine a case on "harassment" for someone quoting your own publicly available words and calling you stupid for them rises to criminal behavior.

If it did we could have half of our worst cows locked up tomorrow.

would only be useful if Russ wrote it to himself. But I don't think anyone would want to spend time on it since it's pointless, otherwise (in the minds of everyone but Russ)

If his only argument is going to be "hurr durr look how retarded I am do what I want" his filings might as well look like they were drafted by a retard.
