The alleged perpetrator A. is clearly a fan of the AfD, as revealed by an analysis of several of his social media accounts by SPIEGEL. Eight years ago he wrote on Twitter that he wanted to start a project together with the AfD: an academy for ex-Muslims. When another user asked why he was planning to do this with the AfD, he replied: "Who else is fighting Islam in Germany?" He evidently held this opinion until the end. This June he retweeted party leader Alice Weidel, writing with typos: "The left are crazy. We need the AfD to protect the police from them." He also tweeted at the time, the best-known head of the right-wing extremist "Identitarian Movement", Martin Sellner. He also retweeted the right-wing extremist activist Naomi Seibt, who is close to the AfD, with the following quote in English: "Tyranny is based on the obedience of cowards. I choose to be brave.«

There is a lot of other content that can also be found on accounts from the AfD environment. For example, he reposted a photo montage in which former Chancellor Angela Merkel is holding a sign with the inscription »I destroyed Europe«. Or of the lateral thinker activist and lawyer Markus Haintz. Or videos in which French right-wing extremists demand »remigration« and »Islam out of Europe« – and they are called »patriots«. And some people in the AfD also seem to find him interesting. Several well-known officials of the AfD and its youth organization »Junge Alternative« followed him.

A website set up by a Saudi exile is helping other former Muslims to flee persecution in their Gulf homelands.
In some Arab countries ex-Muslims can be prosecuted for renouncing their faith, and in Saudi Arabia those convicted of apostasy may be sentenced to death.
Taleb Al-Abdulmohsen set up wearesaudis.net after he became an atheist and claimed asylum in Germany.
The site also helps ex-Muslims like "Dina" who want to escape abroad because they fear relatives will force them to marry.

Holy shit this whole thing glows.

Right when people say: “Aha! It’s an ARAB!” It’s suddenly discovered that ACKSHUALLY he was an ex Muslim opposed to the Islamization of Europe who just happened to attack a Christmas market.

And hey, elections are right around the corner, with AFD looking particularly strong.

Wrong, the Nazis let the wealthy Jews responsible for Weimar degeneracy run off overseas, whereas the more assimilated and trusting Jews ended up in the camps.

I'm not much for any form of socialism, whether national or otherwise. It's also just common historical knowledge that Hitler had a deep admiration for Islam and wished that Mohammedians took over Europe so all Germans would be Islamic. I guess ironically enough he got what he wished for.
