Do we know if he was actually targeted or that the killer really went to his door? It's going to really be interesting to see the murderer's other victims and any info he left if so.
Does this help his assault case? lol
Personally, I would argue that this definitely helps his assault case. If he regularly has people coming to his house to berate, attack, or kill him, it is not at all unreasonable for him to react differently to stranger who randomly show up there. In fact, and I will be honest with everybody here, I think if
anybody shows up at your door unannounced and you want them gone, if you say "leave" and they don't you have every right to beat the shit out of them, pepper spray them, shoot them, or anything else. The fact that somebody showed up to his door on his own property and wouldn't leave so he pepper sprayed them and somehow he is being charged with assault as a result is absolutely retarded. Just because he is acting as a provocateur doesn't mean he suddenly loses his property rights and his right to defend himself. Just because he talks shit doesn't mean people are suddenly allowed to come to his house and threaten to kill him etc. That's my two cents. Did he ask for it? Arguably. Asking for it doesn't mean the other person suddenly can do whatever it is. He's getting this because he's a red person living in a blue place. Should he move? Yeah, arguably also. Even so, he's allowed to live there and the justice system is supposed to be blind, not selective in enforcing things against him.
Just consider yourself, take
Nick Fuentes out of it and consider what would happen if you said something stupid on Facebook and suddenly had strangers showing up at your house and were getting death threats. Say one of them knocks and won't leave and is outside just going crazy on your front porch. Now you open the door, pepper spray them, and push them away from you. Would you expect in that situation to be the one in handcuffs at the end? If you are getting death threats, having some stranger yelling at you from your own porch sure seems like a threat to me. Keep in mind, he didn't use lethal force or anything, though honestly he might have been better off doing that because then she wouldn't be able to spin whatever crazy story she wants.
