let's hope Santa leaves a big powdery package under the Rekieta christmas tree for Nick to enjoy to see the year outThere will be a major happening before 2025.
It occurs to me that the file says "Reply Memora...(Rekieta)" and the document we previously knew him to have written was the appeal. But that file appears to be Rekieta's reply relating to the initial Franks motion; the attempted interlocutory appeal did not reach the stage where they would be replying to anyone. Since it was previously speculated that different people may have written the initial motion and the reply based on the difference in style, the fact that Lewis has the reply on his desktop may be a decent clue as to what may have happened.More on the unfolding drama between Francis White, Nick’s lawyer, and Brian Lewis, the attorney who wrote the appeal.
I would be very surprised if there wasn't a legion of local Nick a-logs that hate his guts and love the children.A source tells me this idea has merit.
Incompetence is a common theme. Read the judgements in this case. This case should have bankrupted the law firm. They were his attorneys for more than 2 years. This is one of those disbarment things. It's absolutely incompetent to be spewing enough details in public that the prosecution can now figure out what strategy he's planning.
That is a druggie cope. As much as everyone thinks Nick was rolling in the cash, and he was, if you add all the taxes, the cuts that various service providers take, and the simple fact he is an out of control addict and alcoholic, providing for two other (three if you count the kid) addicts, his outflow of cash was as fast as his inflow.Nick has sadi many times that he does not believe in university education outside some hard-core STEM degrees.
I'd settle for him being inside the walls
For your consideration:
Breaking Balldo News couldn't have been Kinochet, Christorian X, Faran, Elb or anybody educated in American English because Breaking Balldo News is very clearly Commonwealth educated.
How do I know this?
ColoUr, defenCe, laboUr, centre.
Consistently.
Meanwhile, Kinochet is color, defenSe, labor, and center.
Some people have been passing around @Christorian X's name as a possibility, but based upon his posts here on the forum (before he was banned), he appears to use American spelling.
BBN is himedall confirmed.
Who writes almost like an American, but not quite like an American?
Dear god...
IT WAS WARSKI THE WHOLE TIME!
A lot of us have adopted US spelling for a handful of words. I don't use UK spelling for gaol or arse.
Nobody in the UK has used the spelling 'gaol' since Oscar Wilde died. But there's only one way to spell arse. Ass is a completely different word altogether.
The funny thing is Nick is using a Barneswalker for a lawyer. And he didn't raise any of those arguments in the Franks motion.God Barnes is such a retard. The Constitution IS an insane thing to bring up in regards to the Rekieta case. There's a reason it's most lawyer's last resort to argue the constitution. It's for that exact reason that Rittenhouse's family fired this retard and got a lawyer who would actually argue from a self-defense position instead of a 2nd Amendment position. The time to argue the 4th Amendment in Rekieta's case was passed long ago, every lawyer worth their salt said themselves that the search warrant was good. Continuing to beat this fucking horse doesn't make you a good lawyer, it makes you a fucking moron.
Even absent that, you really can't take a child's stated career goals seriously. They're children. Kids think they want to be all sorts of things that are probably unrealistic.Any kid that says their dream is to be a famous streamer or youtuber is a hallmark of a kid that was given an iPad or another electronic device and neglected. Responsible parents don't let their kids become delusional.
It's also the hallmark of someone who's not going to be a famous streamer. If their entire professional goal is to become steamers, they won't have an appreciable talent to put into streaming, and being homeschooled shut-ins they won't have the social skills necessary to grift either. Nick got as far as he did through milking his law degree, if he didn't have that we wouldn't know him today. It's a disaster waiting to happen. Any half-decent parent would tell their kids to do something else with their life.Any kid that says their dream is to be a famous streamer or youtuber is a hallmark of a kid that was given an iPad or another electronic device and neglected. Responsible parents don't let their kids become delusional.
That's a no-contact order issued by the court. What Nick would have would be pursuant to a plea agreement. If he doesn't like it, he doesn't have to take the plea. The no-contact order case also involves such an order placed without the respondent having any opportunity to present his own side of the case before it was entered against him.(I did google it. Technically Nick and April would need to motion the Court to modify the order. I wouldn't put it past them. There's also a case that, as of 2022, was going to the MN Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of no-contact orders.)
Where's Saint Nick gonna get degraded Semtex at this short notice? Not exactly elf produced, is it.let's hope Santa leaves a big powdery package under the Rekieta christmas tree for Nick to enjoy to see the year out
He knows a guy in Minsk.Where's Saint Nick gonna get degraded Semtex at this short notice? Not exactly elf produced, is it.
So this law firm is so shit they defaulted on what seems to be a meritorious medical malpractice claim by FAILING TO SERVE THE DEFENDANT? And instead of just properly serving, they argued "waaaah I don't wanna!" That's Greer-tier.Incompetence is a common theme. Read the judgements in this case. This case should have bankrupted the law firm. They were his attorneys for more than 2 years.
It was also how people referred to it at the time, even if it's mainly remembered in that spelling for Wilde's poem about it (and for Wilde having served time there).I was going to make the 'gaol' statement, so I am gldlad someone else did. It is a Wilde-ism.
It's because of Nick's hubris in assuming somehow, that piss-weak motion was a slam dunk. I mean why bother even arguing anything else when Frank's your uncle? The funny thing is Nick is using a Barneswalker for a lawyer. And he didn't raise any of those arguments in the Franks motion.
If I am following you correctly, you think Nick hired White, and White is offloading much of the work on Lewis? It occurs to me that the file says "Reply Memora...(Rekieta)" and the document we previously knew him to have written was the appeal. But that file appears to be Rekieta's reply relating to the initial Franks motion; the attempted interlocutory appeal did not reach the stage where they would be replying to anyone. Since it was previously speculated that different people may have written the initial motion and the reply based on the difference in style, the fact that Lewis has the reply on his desktop may be a decent clue as to what may have happened.
On an intellectual level, I don't disagree with you, but here's the thing...So this law firm is so shit they defaulted on what seems to be a meritorious medical malpractice claim by FAILING TO SERVE THE DEFENDANT? And instead of just properly serving, they argued "waaaah I don't wanna!" That's Greer-tier.
Nick said that because he knows mom and dad will pay for the kids, and because he thinks being against college gives him conservative street cred.Nick has sadi many times that he does not believe in university education outside some hard-core STEM degrees.
He also admitted he never put any Vic/Depp/Rittenhouse money away for the above reason and because his children want to be online streamers.
The bar has dropped so low that April's Insta posts count as a "major happening" these days. There will be a major happening before 2025.
As a general sentiment, I'd agree with this, but you gotta consider that Rackets' children are going to have so much damn baggage once they enter adulthood that I doubt they're going to want to attend college. I'm pretty sure that all five of them will be rebels against any type of institution of power (I do not mean this as an honorific) and likely have incredibly enmity towards institutions of higher learning, such as those that gave their father a law degree. They're going to be too traumatized and emotionally stunted to want to go to college. Besides, having the extra anchor of having to owe your dad for sending you to college is not a tether these kids would want.,Does anyone really believe a bunch of upper-middle-class kids who get carted to violin lessons all day won't be sent to the nicest college that'll take them?
