Despite being deathly ill or whatever, Barnes is back on his bullshit. This is from two days ago, but I didn't see it archived.

It... It.. It's about the Constitution! <drinks from sippy cup> The government is corrupt and has it out for Nick Rekieta! <shits himself> Y... y... you can't get a valid warrant from watching a livestream! <shakes baby rattle> REKIETA HAS ALREADY WON! <Viva nods his head and smirks>

Honestly, I didn't know much about Jeff (Legal Vices), but a lot of people seemed to really like him. Can we get him back, and Barnes takes his place?

Nick's list of potential snitches include: his immediate family (either Kayla or oldest son who promised to monitor parental misbehavior could be motivated to snitch), extended family, the law community, the Steel Toe fans, his church/homeschool community, and anyone else in the local area who he's rubbed the wrong way.
You forgot the legion of internet autists watching his every move. Even if nobody here would cow tip, there are likely weens that might after finding something in the thread. Also, if he violates the order, he'll be terrified every time him or April posts a picture. There's always a chance the Internet will notice the same background, plane in the sky, or whatever other mundane thing that could get him in trouble.

These instances from the past year come to mind (Nick's questionable financial history aside):

Nick's father saw the state of the home while the Qover was still together and even looked after the kids for a week so Nick and co. could do whatever degenerate shenanigans they wanted (Aaron paid for dinner as thanks). Nick's father had also seen the state of the home at that time. The only reported criticism Robert had was yelling at Nick to do his taxes while visiting the filthy home. Also, Nick's father also testified at a hearing that he had never seen Nick drunk (lol).

You can decide for yourself how strong/weak the evidence is for Nick's parent's permissiveness (and how to feel about it), but it seems silly to pretend the evidence doesn't exist at all to avoid blaming them in any way.

Remember also:

- His parents put HBO cable in his room at 8 years of age (Where he was first exposed to soft core porn)

- His father bought him toys as apologies for his many long business trips.

This was all admitted from Nick's own mouth.

Speaking of, does anyone else ever wonder if Kayla’s extended family read the thread & hate watch/ monitor Nick?

A source tells me this idea has merit.

Nick wanted everybody in KV doxed and openly encouraged KF to do it.

Then again, he also wanted fully open courts until he was in the dock.

Nick's positions vary based upon when benefits him the most.
It's been said a million times, but it's insane how much of a hypocritical douche Nick is

He hypes up doxing and says we need to make all trials public when it benefits him, but as soon as he's in the spotlight he cowers and says how, actually, he specifically deserves privacy

He believed it at the time!

(Nick recently and unironically said this)

Well, if it's from hacking YOU did and are dumb enough to admit to. We've certainly used info that got leaked thanks to hacks, like Jake Alley's dox from the Patreon leak. But you can access the Patreon leak to this day from the Internet Archive. It isn't illegal to disseminate if you never had any obligation to maintain its confidentiality or personally stole the information, or were involved in soliciting the crime that made the information public.

Sounds like a journalistic standard. Are you insulting us?

As funny as that would be, I hope the poor guy hasn't had his college fund (if any) snorted and wasted on retarded court shit and can go away to school. If anything he'll be able to get the fuck away from his demented parents and their live in whore. Find new friends far away and learn what it's like to not live around Rekieta's bullshit.
If he's got a good relationship with the grandparents but not his dad I don't think it matters if he clowns on Nick. Grandparents should hopefully float him. Otherwise agree.

Nick has sadi many times that he does not believe in university education outside some hard-core STEM degrees.

He also admitted he never put any Vic/Depp/Rittenhouse money away for the above reason and because his children want to be online streamers.

Nick never put any of that money away because he's a selfish prick and doesn't give a fuck about his kids.

Yeah, I'm sure the 8 year old wants to be a streamer. What do you wanna bet she also wants to be a princess?

Somehow I doubt she wanted to have a massive amount of cocaine in her system though.

God Barnes is such a retard. The Constitution IS an insane thing to bring up in regards to the Rekieta case. There's a reason it's most lawyer's last resort to argue the constitution. It's for that exact reason that Rittenhouse's family fired this retard and got a lawyer who would actually argue from a self-defense position instead of a 2nd Amendment position. The time to argue the 4th Amendment in Rekieta's case was passed long ago, every lawyer worth their salt said themselves that the search warrant was good. Continuing to beat this fucking horse doesn't make you a good lawyer, it makes you a fucking moron.

Maybe Im retarded, but we have to remember that the kiwi farms from the outside are seen as, at best, a gossip mongering forum for retards to talk shit. At worst the people that post here are considered terrorists and online stalkers, and responsible for several dead people.

Some people really need to be reminded that the farms isnt a trolling illuminati and that we should stick to pointing and laughing, because anything beyond that paints a target on our backs thats even bigger than the one that already exists. If people are willing to outright lie about murder imagine what theyd do with physical proof of actual wrong-doing.

The court system of rural minnesotta more than likely doesnt know we exist, and keeping it that way is probably for the best. Getting involved in Nick's legal issues in a manner that extends past polite requests for data, or sitting in a courthouse, is a Terrible Idea and liable to get a spotlight put on the forum that it really doesnt need. The farms already has a terrible reputation, and it isnt entirely unearned either, so doing anything to make it worse to people that actually have power to swing a cudgel at our heads is a really awful idea.

With the drought of content after the flood of olympic mental gymnastics that is Nick Rekieta, its more important than ever to consider what youre saying and whether it crosses into the territory of Gay Online Trolling Plans.

I could continue, but thats lame and gay

tl;dr, point and laugh and nothing else you fucking retards

More on the unfolding drama between Francis White, Nick’s lawyer, and Brian Lewis, the attorney who wrote the appeal.
It occurs to me that the file says "Reply Memora...(Rekieta)" and the document we previously knew him to have written was the appeal. But that file appears to be Rekieta's reply relating to the initial Franks motion; the attempted interlocutory appeal did not reach the stage where they would be replying to anyone. Since it was previously speculated that different people may have written the initial motion and the reply based on the difference in style, the fact that Lewis has the reply on his desktop may be a decent clue as to what may have happened.

A source tells me this idea has merit.
I would be very surprised if there wasn't a legion of local Nick a-logs that hate his guts and love the children.
I am not sure what the source for it was, but I believe it was speculated and/or accepted as fact that a family member also talked to the mandatory reporter about the problems, who then did the actual reporting.

If I was them, I would frequently check in here to see if some new insane development happened.

[EDIT] and I would also not be surprised if they got Kayla her own lawyer when they read the feedback from non-retards and actual practicing lawyers to Nick's legal strategy.

This is one of those disbarment things. It's absolutely incompetent to be spewing enough details in public that the prosecution can now figure out what strategy he's planning.
Incompetence is a common theme. Read the judgements in this case. This case should have bankrupted the law firm. They were his attorneys for more than 2 years.

That is a druggie cope. As much as everyone thinks Nick was rolling in the cash, and he was, if you add all the taxes, the cuts that various service providers take, and the simple fact he is an out of control addict and alcoholic, providing for two other (three if you count the kid) addicts, his outflow of cash was as fast as his inflow.

Not just to coke and booze too. The stupid car and paintings.

Like every dumbass that gets successful on social media, he assumed that it would only continue to get better.

I wouldn't be surprised if his finances have been a mess over the last few years. Drunk coke heads aren't known for their book keeping skills.

I'd settle for him being inside the walls

FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, BALLDORESSOR!

- The Cask of Amontoballdo

For your consideration:

Breaking Balldo News couldn't have been Kinochet, Christorian X, Faran, Elb or anybody educated in American English because Breaking Balldo News is very clearly Commonwealth educated.

How do I know this?

ColoUr, defenCe, laboUr, centre.

Consistently.

Meanwhile, Kinochet is color, defenSe, labor, and center.

Some people have been passing around @Christorian X's name as a possibility, but based upon his posts here on the forum (before he was banned), he appears to use American spelling.
BBN is himedall confirmed.

Beaten to the joke! All good fun!

Who writes almost like an American, but not quite like an American?
Dear god...

IT WAS WARSKI THE WHOLE TIME!

PPP and Warski laundering information seems an interesting theory...

A lot of us have adopted US spelling for a handful of words. I don't use UK spelling for gaol or arse.

Multinational business communication has forced some changes in my grammar, vocabulary, and spelling. 'Washroom' over 'loo' and other cases that I find more widely understood.

Nobody in the UK has used the spelling 'gaol' since Oscar Wilde died. But there's only one way to spell arse. Ass is a completely different word altogether.

I was going to make the 'gaol' statement, so I am gldlad someone else did. It is a Wilde-ism.

Agree on 'arse' vs 'ass'.

The funny thing is Nick is using a Barneswalker for a lawyer. And he didn't raise any of those arguments in the Franks motion.

I don't think Barnes even believes Barnes. I think this is all bullshit he says for his gullible lolbertarian audience.

Any kid that says their dream is to be a famous streamer or youtuber is a hallmark of a kid that was given an iPad or another electronic device and neglected. Responsible parents don't let their kids become delusional.
Even absent that, you really can't take a child's stated career goals seriously. They're children. Kids think they want to be all sorts of things that are probably unrealistic.

"Daddy, I wanna be a streamer when I grow up."

"Wonderful pumpkin! That means I don't have to put money away for college, and I can spend it all on hookers and blow! You'll do great on OnlyFans!"

That's a shit parent.

Any kid that says their dream is to be a famous streamer or youtuber is a hallmark of a kid that was given an iPad or another electronic device and neglected. Responsible parents don't let their kids become delusional.
It's also the hallmark of someone who's not going to be a famous streamer. If their entire professional goal is to become steamers, they won't have an appreciable talent to put into streaming, and being homeschooled shut-ins they won't have the social skills necessary to grift either. Nick got as far as he did through milking his law degree, if he didn't have that we wouldn't know him today. It's a disaster waiting to happen. Any half-decent parent would tell their kids to do something else with their life.

(I did google it. Technically Nick and April would need to motion the Court to modify the order. I wouldn't put it past them. There's also a case that, as of 2022, was going to the MN Supreme Court challenging the constitutionality of no-contact orders.)
That's a no-contact order issued by the court. What Nick would have would be pursuant to a plea agreement. If he doesn't like it, he doesn't have to take the plea. The no-contact order case also involves such an order placed without the respondent having any opportunity to present his own side of the case before it was entered against him.

So they're kind of apples and oranges.
