Just to add to this, the only "proof" Glass has of (possibly) receiving the certificate is a cropped image of a Twitter DM exchange, something easily edited with inspect element, that she "did" send a certificate, yet he admitted on the Osai stream he can't remember her username, and both does, and does not, have the image anymore. There is no proof of a follow-up discord message proving this.
