Idk, but I think I see KF logo taking shape on his signature.

Looks like Sean is finally getting around to discussing the recent filings:

Thanks @Potentially Criminal, looking forward to hearing your take on Russ' craziness.
Least it gives me something to watch in two hours. Have wrestling to watch with my daughter and then working for the next several hours so I have more free time next week for Christmas Eve, Christmas, and Boxing Day.

The whole point of providing witness lists in advance is so that they can have their depositions taken by the adverse party. That's the literal reason for the rule. If you provide a list of witnesses, the other side is allowed to depose them to ask them what their testimony is going to be and to seek other information.
But he's a pro-se litigant and is therefore entitled to significant leeway on procedural issues :-)

There's apoint where that leeway is no longer extended. When the Judge starts using terms like Willful and Recalcitrant you might be reaching the end. Especially when the Judge himself gave you instructions on how to do what you need to do and a video lessons.

Watching this criminal (potentially, dun sue), the STIPULATION is more batshit hilarious than I realized.

And all of this kerfuffle in the kettle has happened while the court hasn't said a damn thing.

Two other things:
  1. You know the court clerk stuck his head into the break room and yelled “they stipulated” and then there was laughter and a stamped to go read it.
  2. The stipulation means that Greer and Hardin had a discussion that at least partially involved explaining what’s what to Greer, and he agreed to it. I wonder if his brother reminded him he’s a fucking moron.

I'm super interested in how the judge will try to spin this shit in Greer's favor. He's been handed a plateful of utter and complete shit so I would think the judge or more probably the clerk whose pulling the strings, will need a few weeks to try to come up with some way to save Greer's ass.
Actually, this gets me thinking, perhaps it is not the judge himself who's trying to make this go in Greer's favor. Perhaps it is one of his clerks, acting as a kind of Wormtongue.

From my albeit limited interactions with judges, I am given the impression that they tend to be older. This makes sense, given the nature of the career. One does not just go to college or trade school, graduate, and get assigned to a bench in a nearby courthouse. Every judge I've ever met has spent time as a practicing lawyer before getting appointed or elected as a judge, and being a lawyer itself has a long on-ramp to starting that career. That doesn't leave much time left to be on the Internet. I'd wager most judges are Gen-X and the very earliest Millennials at their youngest.

It seems to me that our critics skew younger, mostly younger Millennials and Zoomers. Again, from my limited interaction with the courts and the laws, it seems that also clerks tend younger. In all my interactions with people, older Millennials and Gen-X seem to have trouble even operating a computer or smartphone, and seldom stray from the the sanitized, ad-supported, corporate walled gardens, much less hear about what exists beyond the garden walls.

Thus, if one of the judge's clerks has heard of the Farms and believes we're a bunch Neo Nazis who stalk, harass, and bully poor disabled trans folx to suicide, he might be dropping hints that we're some kind of den of iniquity, coloring the judge's perception of us and thus how he's handling this case. Even if most of the clerks are enjoying the retard show, one clerk having an activist bent and trying to influence the outcome of this case would not surprise me.

"This video has been removed for violating YouTube's policy on harassment and bullying"

I hope you or another farmer managed to get a local archive.

"This video has been removed for violating YouTube's policy on harassment and bullying"
Is this the verbatim message you are seeing? I am getting "This video has been removed for violating YouTube's Terms of Service," which is less informative.

Regardless, I watched the stream, and my guess is that Russel got it taken down by claiming that showing legal documents (that did contain contact info) counted as doxing. It was not a DMCA copyright takedown, as that would be a different message. Additionally, I do not believe any of the language would get it taken down by any automated filter. While it is possible that Russel got it taken down simply for making fun of him...that would be an unusually dumb decision, even for YouTube. Nothing Sean said was out of character or profane, and Russel would basically need to claim that being called an idiot constitutes harassment.

It can still be found on X, although it is possible that Russel will get it reported there as well. I will try and figure out how to download, although if anybody else already knows, feel free.

Sean's stream is still up X (currently known as twitter): https://x.com/i/broadcasts/1ynJODqWMBAxR
Looks like yt-dlp will pull this without much of an issue. I might be behind on what the best place to host is though, since it looks like all formats will be larger than the site allows for upload. Can someone recommend a place?

Edit: thanks for the people reaching out to help a retarded boomer. I'll wait for someone more knowledgeable to upload.

You absolute legend.
I watched it. Sean just covered a publicly filed lawsuit. It’s a PUBLIC filing if rusty doesn’t want people paying attention to him then he ought to stop acting like a total creep in public. What a total ugly, smelly, poorly groomed, pervert.
