It's true her parents won't live forever, but if she's 19 her mom is probably no older than her 50s.
That means a modern young neet like this could potentially have another decade or more of her mom enabling her, all while she runs down her youth playing cookie run, sperging online for attention, and coping via substance use.
Without some type of external impetus, I don't think she's going to wake up one day and be like "You know what? I should start acting like a big girl".
