I think that for Juliana, even if she does recognize feederism/feedism (aka self-gaining fetish) is sexual, then it’s more a matter of “muh body autonomy” than anything. A lot of trannies and HAES advocates love to use a twisted form of that to justify their actions. They especially love the abusing the “exploring yourself” angle since it’s easier to ease the mentality into people (and in turn get away with it).

Which is one reason why she hated the anesthesiologist telling her to lose weight for her own sake. How is her not putting the fork down “bad” if her choice makes her happy? It’s her body autonomy!

To be 500 elbeez and have a BMI of 89, she’s have to be approx 5’3”. I don’t think her exact height actually matters here because I think her weight at the doctors’ offices is self-reported and she just parroting a number from 5+ years ago. Unless she’s going to a major medical center or someone who frequently sees bariatric patients, she’s not getting accurately weighed on a scale. It doesn’t matter if she’s 500 or 600, she’s too heavy for any anesthesiologist who has eyes and a brain.
It’s also possible that as she’s become less mobile since 2021 she’s lost muscle mass and replaced it with fat, keeping her weight consistent but expanding in size. She certainly looks more like a rotting corpse now than she did in 2021. The years have not been kind.

Great catch, 89 BMI + 500 pounds works out to a height of 63 inches in contrast with her previous admission to being 5'2". Add it to the list of evidence she is downplaying her obesity.

For people supposedly so body positive, both J and Corrissa lie.

In Juliana's own telling she is 5'2" (source) and she was over 500 pounds (source) as of 2021. That already puts her BMI at over 91.4 and since she has gained weight in the last few years she may even have a BMI over 100.

There is no way in hell J has not gained weight in the past three years. I agree with Uncle Tusky that her BMI is very likely over 100. The largest patient her surgeon had operated on before had a BMI of about 60. J is carrying the weight of two extra BMI 20 people above that. Even IF her BMI is 90, that’s the equivalent of 3 obese people. Of course she was never going to be approved by any anesthecist. If Dr Scott Mosser was her ONLY chance of getting a surgeon, that would indicate that even no BMI too high Dr Sidhbh Treasa Gallagher aka "Dr Teetus Deletus" turned her away. It would appear “no BMI limits” in reality do not exist.

Julianna is likely unaware of her real weight due to her phobia of being weighed - or even seeing the weight on the scale as some weary medical assistant takes note of it. She may see her BMI and feel clammy sweats (or maybe she's accustomed to heart palpitations as a constant due to her overall poor condition) and refuse to look further into it. I'd love to read the notes her provider has for her post-visit; they must be remarkably illuminating.

If I had to take a stab at Julianna's real weight, she's likely around 630-670ish; I think if she were in the full-blown 700s, her mobility would be even more dire given her petite stature. Some speculate Anna AKA GlitterandLazers is in the 700s herself due to her height of about 5'9"-5'10". Anna's already quite a titan with her own fair share of mobility troubles, so I'm skeptical if Julianna's gone past that score just yet because I'm not sure her hips and legs could handle it without rendering her fully bed-bound.

But it's all speculation, of course; the truth will always lie within a bariatric scale that time forgot. Fun to theorize, though.

All I can say for certain is that the anesthesiologist that refused to operate on her, while a villain of her story, has done more medical heroism than any tranny butcher could ever perform; frauds and hackers are happy to inject and slice and prescribe and perform any pointless treatment as long as you keep coming back, but a real doctor knows when to save you from yourself. Perhaps this provider has made an enemy of colossal pooners everywhere, but I commend him or her for sticking to the principles of "do no harm."

I doubt she’s that big. I’d guess 550-600. She’s not immobile enough yet to have hit much above 600lb. I know Corrisa drives her to the backyard garden, but we’ve seen some surprising mobility from her when she chooses, like when she walked across the field to sit on a pumpkin recently. Her immobility is mostly laziness. At 5’3”, she’s about the same height as ALR, and even though their weight is distributed differently, and ALR uses filters, I doubt J weighs much more than Amber.
