From what I've read online, the top recommendations for lipedema patients are all diet based. Lose weight, drop processed food, eat an anti-inflamatory diet, get exercise. The only other recommendations involve pressure garments, which Anna is already doing.

Imagine being in pain 24/7 and having to wear pressure garments on your arms. But you still drink Starbucks milkshakes like water and won't put down the Doritos.

Was wondering why her fave starbucks is so far from her place. I think it must be near John’s house, she orders ahead and he picks it up on the way over. When he doesn't come over she probably does uber eats most of the time, which wouldn’t show in the starbucks app. I wonder if she’s going to move closer to John.

I did the mapping and the closest one (about 7 miles) is in an HEB supermarket. The one listed on her reel, Hwy 620, is just under 9 miles so my guess is since that one has a drive thru and the HEB one does not, she prefers the 620 locale. No having to get out of the car to get her hummingbird feed.

I don’t know how the preorder app works, do you have to go inside to pick up your drink or can they hand it to you through the drive thru?

You can only have a very limited amount of fat removed by lipo at one time. It’s generally between 2-4kg (4.5-9lb), the rest that is extracted is just any fluid that may be pumped in during the procedure.

Would this scale at all based on patient size? Like since she's 3x larger than the average person getting lipo, they could remove 3x the amount of fat without it being an issue?

You can definitely pick up a pre-order / mobile order through drive thru. You just pull up to the speaker and say "I have a mobile order for X" and they'll pull it out of the normal pickup area and hand it off to you.

Looks like the one at 620 and bee caves has a drive thru but her favorite store was 620 and lohmans crossing. Which adds a few minutes to the drive.

If Jon lives in lakeway he can pick up her starbies in town, then take 620 to the 71 to Anna’s. I really doubt Anna has the energy to get up and drive 30 min round trip to starbucks when her phone is right there.

This will be the cheapest annual haul amount spent ever. Her last haul video was posted on September 26 and before that, August 13. Amazing how quickly all her sponsorships and frivolous hauls have dried up. Going from 6 or more hauls per month to *this*. Good.

In fairness, some of this might be due to changing sponsorship deals for influencers. I've seen a lot of previously YouTube-heavy fashion influencers transition to relying short form videos/reels/TikToks over the last couple years.

The Saint June is where the X is, the red circle is around the Starbucks she favors (and the one across the street at the Randall’s grocery store, but she goes to the one on the left/East side of the road. The location with the little cup on it is of course the closest one to her home.

On her way to Lakeway is the Target Starbucks without the order-ahead option, and the Randall’s across from her favorite does not have drive through.



So yes, it’s clear she only goes to places where they have drive-through, and she can order ahead.

Driving in Austin is bullshit, if you miss an exit off the freeway, you might have to go 6 miles out of your way to circle back and get where you were originally supposed to be, it’s fucking bananas. So even if you see something 5 miles away, the place 7 or 8 miles away might just be easier to get to and deal with. There are parts of the road down in Anna’s area where you drive on the left side, and if you’re not expecting it, or distracted because of TikTok or some shit, it can be scary, and if you already know it’s on the way, it will cause you to just go the other direction, even if that means a longer trip.

I will be honest with you. If I lived at the Saint June, and I just had to go to Starbucks every single day, I would rather drive a few extra peaceful miles than deal with this nonsense:



That’s gonna be a lot of weird turns and opportunities to get hit by some dumb rich teenager, when you could just do this at a protected light, and then leave in a dedicated exit lane:


I don’t know if there’s another reason that Anna came up with, but if I also needed to order ahead and not leave my vehicle, I would probably make a similar decision.

I suspect the 2-4kg IS the scaling for smaller vs larger areas. It’s not based on the total body weight of the person, rather it’s based on the amount of fat present in the specific area being treated.
