It's pretty funny that the judge called it that BEFORE this most recent shitshow. He hadn't seen nuthin yet.

The judge deserves every bit of it for indulging this retard as much as he has. I hope the process becomes every bit as much of a punishment for the court as they've made it for Null.

Minor nitpick, but I feel as though the first two choices are pointless. Russ will always try to make a post hoc justification if he's late and any filings he does make (timely or not) will be incoherent. Having only two poll options may not be ideal but from the results so far only a single person has chosen either of those options, so they may as well not exist. Perhaps remove them and change them to Russ dropping the case to try and avoid sanctions or the judge deciding he's had enough and throwing the case out before Russ can respond. I don't think those are too likely, but people may pick them.

With the stipulation in place, the case is now begging for summary judgment. At the close of evidence (seemingly there is nothing left to disclose now), Hardin is going to move for summary judgement. There is no genuine dispute of material facts. There are no facts because there is no evidence, at least at it relates to the elements of the tort. Go to google and type in "summary judgment motion"- both defense and plaintiffs make citations to the record to lay out their facts. But there is no record here. Parties cannot just assert things, and the court doesn't assume all the facts in the complaint anymore.

Lot of people have been talking up case-ending sanctions for discovery misconduct. Judges almost never issue those, and this case is especially fraught with the pro se filer. I doubt it happens despite Russell richly deserving it. He might get a more minor monetary sanction, which are vastly more common.

But summary judgment is a district court's bread and butter, they happen all day everyday and appellate courts rarely reverse them after reweighing messy facts. The earlier 12b6 appeal had to make the assumption that everything Russell said in his complaint was absolutely true. The court can rightly say they gave Russell every chance imaginable and he came up with a empty record. The chances of trial are very low.
The appellate court already reversed the summary judgement due to Pro Se stupidity. At this point dismissing due to pro se misconduct, bad faith and lies is the cleaner end with less possibility of reversal.

Holy hell, this has been great. The droopy-faced mongoloid didn't just stamp all over his own dick on this one, he put on football cleats before starting the stomping. And then put two barrels of double-aught buck into his own sack for good measure.

That wasn't a summary judgment, that was a motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim.

inb4 the Judge gives another 6 month extension.
Honestly, now the tide appears to be turning and Russ is getting bored with the minutiae of litigating his own fucking case, much like he just has against the mystery hooker that was mean to him online once maybe, I'm happy for an extension.

Especially if that additional wasted time just adds funnier shit to the docket, pisses the judge off enough to dismiss with prejudice and increases whatever costs are due back to Hardin and Nool. Obviously, I don't expect him to be able to pay it, but he will learn his place. Particularly if he's found criminally liable for fucking with the courts (I know, 🌈).

Prediction ;

- Case will be immediately dismissed with prejudice
- Greer will be declared a vexatious litigant and prohibited from filing pro se without prior approval
- Triple costs and attorneys fees will be awarded to Moon (including triple appellate costs/fees)
- All copyrights (current or future) held by Greer are immediately forfeited to Moon
- Until fees are paid, any person encountering Greer in public is legally permitted to put him over their knee and spank him
- Greer's witnesses will be ordered to submit to public deposition in the form of a Kiwi Farms AMA thread
- Both Taylor Swift and Ariana Grande will be court ordered to go on romantic dates with Moon
- Judge will order Greer to submit to being mushroom stamped on the forehead with Moon's penis

Oh yea, he had a music industry guy. Perhaps he misspelled his name?

We'll never know
So, this Steve Taylor person.... I was going to make a joke referencing a specific Steve Taylor (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Taylor) but I figured he's too obscure for most people here and decided not to. Since we're now moving on to Steven Tyler, I decided to just go ahead and make a "late and gay" post referencing him.

I honestly do not know what his position is here.
Neither does he.
Missionary?

then reverse his position down the line and introduce more witnesses and/or evidence.
Interestingly he only ever cites male witnesses, real or fictional. His sister used to spend time with him many years ago and he has a face only a mother could love. We know he places zero value on women who won't suck him his penis, so I guess they aren't talking to him anymore.

consider this an early christmas gift for the thread:
My money's on the central vertical column, although 'dating error' is the story of his life.

Ariana Grande
Josh isn't married with a newborn so he holds no appeal for her. He also likes 'em with a bit of meat on their bones.

To blackpill, last time Russell was ordered to show cause, he filed "The fire within me burns brighter than the dumpster flame all around me!" and the Judge called it good enough
Look on the bright side, we're sure to get another great filing like that if it worked last time.

My prediction is Russ files he shouldn't be sanctioned because he did all this in good faith and he has no money. The judge will accept this.
Separation of church and state is a fundamental concept in US freedom of speech. Clearly it’s an excusable reason to be a bit late here and there because of your tireless defense of the Mormon Faith, which he could easily prove from his Reddit accounts.

The judge would have to accept this as otherwise he’s in major hot water. Luckily it’s too late for Russ to realize this ace he holds.

I am not a vampire but I think Greer still has at least one move left. It won't work but it'll drag things out a bit further. We'll see if he figures out what it is.

Russ doesn't really contemplate a course of actions beyond having a vague idea built upon gross misunderstandings and doing whatever he wants under the assumption that people will take pity on him for being a fuck up and let him get away with more than he should. He won't deduce a correct move so much as blunder his way into one by doing something completely stupid before being shoved back towards the correct path by someone in authority with actual understanding. What you need to ask yourself is whether or not the judge wants things to drag on a bit longer because that's who'll have to maneuver Greer towards that end regardless of where he actually wound up.
