I haven't really paid too much attention to the war in the last month or so. Have there been any big developments on the front lines? I last remember Russia was just slowly steamrolling the entire front. Is Kursk still hot?

I know post 1991 birth rates collapsed hard during the former USSR but damn, I guess it puts it into perspective and shows how bad the demographic problem is if Ukraine has made it routine to kidnap older men at an age the Germans didn't touch until 5 years into the war

Your username is oddly fitting.

Volhynja Massacre took place in 1943/1944. On explicit german orders, which ukrainians were all too happy to oblige to. The reprisal hunt for UPA/Bandera himself took place in 1945, where both poles AND soviets were so appaled they did their best to destroy UPA.

Poles did not expell ukrops, because polish territory post ww2 had no ukraine territory in it.

Well at the moment. There is not much big news, but imo January will be interesting. Toretsk is close to falling. Chasov Yar is also close to falling to Russian hands. Kurakhovo fell day or two ago , but there is still old Soviet factory held, by Ukraine outside of city. Velykaya Novosilka was encircled by Russian army.
And there are rumors and hints Russians are preparing cross Dniepr . It could be feint.
Kursk is still thing and Russians are in no rush to push Ukraine out.

Things haven't clicked for libs for the past 50 years, why would they have a revelation now all of a sudden?

Every lib that I know of has an abuser mentality and their cause and effect understanding is entirely out of whack. Every atrocity Ukraine (Or any "freedom fighter on the road to peace" country flavour of the day) commits is justified retroactively because the-bad-guy is evil.

They will look at Ukraine sending children into the trenches and they will blame ruZZian orcs for making poor uwu innocent Ukraine do this.
