Plagued Lolicon/Shotacon Defense Force - The people who jerk off to cartoon children and won't ever shut up about it

  • 🐕 I am attempting to get the site runnning as fast as possible. If you are experiencing slow page load times, please report it.
rev says desu is pretty much a right-wing SJW YouTuber. Very low-brow anti-SJW content designed to appeal to coomers. It's slop for the same people who didn't vote for Donald Trump because they were afraid that Project 2025 was going to illegalize pornography. Oh yeah, and he's a lolicon that goes to absurd lengths to defend his perversion.

And, of course, when this guy makes a video on rev says desu, rev's fans jump in to dislike bomb the video and leave hate comments. Most are from lolicons that are offended that this guy rightfully calls their sexual dysfunction disgusting. Despite saying they're so opposed to 'cancel culture', they will target a YouTuber with less than 1% of rev's subscribers.

Funny, but we actually do know how @nuclearotoid looks like, he got facedoxed on the skibidifarms thread

Interesting.... so this settles this fucking debate once and for all.
Not really. The ambiguity about most lolicon/shotacon images isn't just a stupid online debate with a lolcow community. At least in the US, it's actually baked into the law regulating it.

The TL;DR version is that a law outlawing all of it was struck down as constitutionally overbroad and criminalizing some forms of protected speech, so the replacement law (certain provisions of the PROTECT Act of 2003) had to include a clarification that it was targeted at content either considered obscene or indistinguishable from actual minors. An attempt to classify visual depictions of obviously fictional minors as automatically obscene if it lacks serious speech value was  also struck down, so the whole thing rests on the obscenity standard, which is a complete clusterfuck.

I won't get into the details, since they're both confusing and boring, but obscenity prosecutions are something most DAs don't want to touch except as a lesser charge for something more serious or in cases where the person has priors for sex offenses. They're difficult and time consuming, controversial enough to poison a future political career, and not guaranteed to succeed even if the material evidence looks good for the prosecution. In this particular case, the guy apparently had actual CSAM that couldn't be found (which is common for the few lolicon cases on record) and  could have probably been given a more serious charge since they were generative AI images and probably looked like actual children. The odds of average lolicon/shotacon consumers being successfully prosecuted is low enough that any effort to actually deal with this shit probably needs to focus on making it difficult to access by targeting site owners who host it, and even there it's going to rely heavily on intimidation.

Cops aren't lawyers, and most of them probably don't even know what the term "lolicon" encompasses. As much as I might like to, I'm not really going to read much more into what this officer said than what he probably meant: "Stop bitching and save it for your attorney, you stupid fucking pedo."

I see. Thank you for correcting me, I wasn't aware.

Lolicons sure, however, have an annoying tendency to say that it is "legal" or "protected by the first amendment" and refuse to elaborate why. Or just say it like "protected speech" yadayadayada. I don't know why would someone spend so much time searching the law just to justify that. It's almost as if someone is committing a crime (or going into a grey area) and wants to make sure he won't commit a felony.

Now more on topic. I got MATI after seeing recurring pedo shitposting on /vg/, decided to dig deeper with 4chan archive to see how widespread it is.

🤮

Roughly 45% of posts containing text "child pussy" come from 2024 and it's almost all blue archive threads. Archive goes back up to 2019.
Keep in mind other variants such as cunny, kids sex, cheese pizza could be in similar amounts if not greater, and frequency of pedoposting keeps increasing thus far.

I am vomit.

For the most part, I think they're probably just regurgitating what they've heard others say, because anyone who actually understands the law involved would know that it's more accurate to say that it's in a legal grey area and almost never prosecuted. Because of the way obscenity law functions, it's actually a lot easier to say which works are definitely legal than which ones might be illegal (anything with artistic or literary value is, by default, non-obscene; that doesn't mean it has to be fine art or great literature, just that it had some sort of speech value), but that never seems to get brought up by lolicons/shotacons. If they knew what they were talking about at all, it definitely would.

The grey zone becomes even larger when the character is labeled as a 500 year old X even if it's obviously meant to look like a kid. Then it gets even larger when they're actively acting like an adult.

I do think that "grey" zone could be easily eliminated, so long as the work fits the criteria that:
1. The character is explicitly meant by the author to be a child.
1A. The "500 year old X" excuse doesn't work if the character is actively attending preschool.
1B. The artist used real children as reference material, or the character that's having the R34 made of them used a real child as reference material.
2. The work was primarily made for titillation

Said Lolifags proceed to self-felt themselves by destroying their digital footprint and revealing most of them
are either pasty white trash or mutts in the process to prove that ITS NAWT TRU

Amazing that pedophiles are so retarded that they can't take a joke and end up (face)doxing themselves in the process. It makes the average Japanese otaku look more composed because despite how impulsive they can get, at least they can take a joke whenever a series makes fun of them, which is often.

I hope this happens more. The sex offender-to-be database continuously grows.

40 mins video of a lolicon who was baited into sharing CSAM and then gets reported for it on an NCMEC tip. From there, police seize his computer with a warrant, find AI generated lolicon on it, and he gets charged with 20 counts of knowingly possessing child pornography. The cops literally say "lolicon is illegal" as they're cuffing him.

If someone seriously did bait him into sharing CSAM then they should obviously be incarcerated as well of course, but it's still such a captivating watch. Sucks for all the bystanders in the dude's life who were put through turmoil over this incident. That's what makes it such a powerful rebuttal to the pro-lolicon side of the issue; it affects far more people than themselves when they have their gooning sessions.

The uploader currently has embedding disabled for whatever stupid reason. And yes, he really was wearing the Rich Evans "Dick the Birthday Boy" shirt when the people executed the search warrant on his home. It's not clickbait.

Hopefully the police will start catching these fucking creeps from the source. Lolicon is the biggest conductor to child predators. I was fuckin shocked how casually this cockroach said he shared real CP with someone else for "something" he didn't even get. This just proves how Lolicon fans will just ignore blatant CSAM material being exchanged in discord chats because they see pedophilia as a normal fetish.

Honestly, I'm kind of impressed by the lack of self-awareness involved in those Twitter posts. I didn't know that Autism had a smell, yet I can still somehow smell it through the screen.

It's funny. We are getting real time racial statistics on lolicons because they can't take a joke. Lol lmai.
