I don't mind it when the women actually look the part. When you have 90 lb women doing flippy shit, that stuff sucks. But I say the same about the 120 lb men wrestling, too. When you have someone who actually looks like she could whoop other women's asses and isn't complete shit in the ring I don't mind it. Someone like Rhea Ripley I don't mind watching, but someone like Riho I think completely sucks and makes wrestling look like a joke

To be fair wrestling was much bigger back when Betty Phoenix was wrestling. So she really draw more dimes than the women do now, despite her placement in the card.
All I know is that most of the defenders of modern day women's wrestling complain that old divas wrestling was just softcore porn yet they're the same ones who do cum tributes to modern female wrestlers, sending the women love notes, all sorts of crazy shit that gets posted. I mean shit just look at Rovert who literally had a restraining order put on him by Becky Lynch because he kept trying to get into her dressing room. It seems hypocritical in my eyes.

I remember posting in this thread, I want to say around four years ago... Kidd Bandit was one of the pandemic era rookies that could have been a break out hit for the Nightmare Academy. He was one of the few acts Cody worked against on DARK (not even Lee Johnson or Barron Black got that rub) which shows that even the current WWE Champ saw something in him. Bandit had a very vibrant look with over-the-top moves that will pop most kids at indies, much like Jeff Hardy had back in the day. Even if he didn't make it above mid-card level in AEW, TNA etc. you know for a fact he'd be one of the most mass produced for toys and other merch. Even the Black's are cool with Jeff Hardy. That could have been him!
I think the main thing he should have done was stay away from social media and he would have turned out fine. But even before he fully trooned out he was already crossdressing and wearing chestplates, so I think he was screwed from the beginning.

I blame the anime brain rot. Rather then improve his in ring skills he tried to add anime gimmicks to his existing moves and when that failed only mud show death matches would book him.
