His attorneys has the chance to spin this into an OJ defense situation and potentially take down Bragg, Adams and the rest of NYC politicians.
I agree that there are damningly obvious conflicts of interest between both Adams and the judge, and their mishandling of this could create conditions for an acquittal of a probably-guilty man, but let's not get our hopes too high here. New York is a cesspool and it'll take more than Weegee and his Khazarian attorney to break up that clog.
He has basically no chance of walking free from this IMO. He's being charged by the state AND the feds, and Trump's DOJ will likely be much more eager to make sure he gets a death penalty.
To add to this, I can't remember if the state and fed trials are going to run concurrently but apparently this whole thing is extremely rare and the reason to do so is in case one fucks up somehow.
