Russian Special Military Operation in the Ukraine - Mark IV: The Partitioning of Discussion

Am I reading correctly that the old SU actually produced good chocolate? Huh. Where did they even source the cocoa?
The soviet union produced a lot of "luxury" goods for the masses. Tea, for example, was mass produced in the country of Georgia, where it had been grown since the 19th century. Like others have said, loads of third world countries are happy to barter cocoa beans for guns.

Shame about Georgian tea though. It's basically impossible to get nowadays. The Georgians ripped out the tea for higher profit crops like almonds. I don't think there's any actual Georgian tea masters left in business. I've tried importing modern Georgian tea before, but it was not very good, and the plantations were either trying to rehabilitate abandoned tea groves or start afresh. Another economic and cultural victim of the USSR's breakup.

The whole North Korean troops thing is such an interesting litmus test for credibility.

Not once have I seen compelling arguments for the presence of North Korean troops on the frontline without any sort of fakery/lies, so if I ever see the argument being straight up used in their statements, the debater’s priors are called into question.

Fuck me. I think I'm going to cry. I can't believe Vili Herenkon is dead. That beautiful son of a bitch was the best drill sergeant the world has seen, he could correct disobedience in a pack of fuckin fruits like he was the lord of the lockeroom. I hope he is in fairyland now

Aussie Kossak

But why would putin give a rats toss bag about some random Australian YouTuber

Yes he gave him citizenship (which is odd given russia doesn't do dual citizenship so he's either a Russian national or he's australian and he's yet to revoke his australian citizenship as far as I can recall,), and let's him hide in the consulate but that's all of no consequence and costs him nothing and he gets to be perceived as helping one of his supporters in a country actively supplying hardware to ukraine

But Australia moves heaven and earth to pull its citizens out of third world shit hole jails. Every decade we bail out a few drug snugglers out of Indonesian hell hole prisons and if the government is prepared to bend over backwards for literal convicted drug traffickers what will we do for someone caught fighting for the "good guys"

The methods by which russia has managed to double production remain a critical question.
No surprise they're confused, they're in a complete blindspot. Turns out there are manufacturing options other than "Infinity immigration and buy from overseas". You can, in fact, just build a factory down the road, and locals who want jobs will actually show up, and ask for them, you don't even gotta do anything fancy.

"Ukrainian forces are refusing to pull back like they are fighting for every inch of the terrain, that means that they are constantly fighting from very disadvantageous positions," he added.
Turns out if you hold a position until retreat is impossible, you'll just die pinned down from three angles as some crazy fucking Russian sprints out and throws an anti-tank mine into your fighting position. And I can only imagine the sheer destruction this is doing to the quality of their remaining manpower - Fight like this, and you'll have very few veterans left to seed into the replacement units as NCO's, which you'll desperately need. Otherwise, the new conscripts are going to be brittle as fuck.

This is why I don't think the West can ever just walk away from this war: too many institutions have invested too much of their credibility into fighting it.

Major satellite imaging providers have edited their products to hide damage to Ukrainian facilities. Every single mainstream reporting outlet has run a version of "Russians on the run, say experts." The Daily Mail published a crude deepfake to support the claim of North Koreans in Kursk.

The net result of this is a population that does not think Ukrainian defeat is even possible, let alone probable.

The real problem is the credibility of the West to its satraps and non aligned states more than its people. Hellscapes like Portland, Berlin or London not only will continue to support their insane masters but will remain angry that they aren't going further down the toilet. Its the nations that the west relies on for resources and finished goods that need to be kept in line.

Thats the reason why they want so badly to overthrow Russia and China, and its now also the reason why they are so desperate to prevent a Russian victory.

In the former case victory over all of their rivals means they can enact all of their insane ideals; replacing whites with 3rd world settlers, confiscating all guns, legalizing pedophilia, taking down all non approved websites, arresting anons for shitposts they made years prior, everything from a schizo's worst nightmare, they would do that in a heartbeat of restoring the unipolar world since even though it would destabilize their countries in the short term the rest of the world would be at their mercy and have no where to turn.

In the latter case its existential because suddenly every non western leader will see plainly that America is not the all powerful titan it pretends to be and that they can put themselves in a better position by aligning with BRICS and it won't end with a regime change and them getting filmed being raped with a bayonet and shot. Once that happens the EU will discover it wasn't worth offshoring their industry for foreign slave labor and the Americans will learn just how dependant they are on the dollar's supremacy.

TLDR the west needs to win because its geriatric leaders reshaped it into a gay dystopia that can only thrive in a unipolar world

«Один с дроном» (фильм называется в оригинале Home alone, а тут игра слов).

(Home) Alone with a drone. When Kyiv's allies went on vacation, they forgot one small detail.

You can tell a lot about someone by their opinions on North Koreans. Not to say that it's some magical, idyllic place but anyone saying they don't know what a car is, or that they're all sent to Ukraine under pain of death, or are spending all their time jacking off to our superior western pornography 120% full of shit.
