Vigilance is the best thing you can do. Just be aware- and talk about it. The lolicons only spread so far because they shut down all discussion. Many people are ignorant on the subject and just believe what they hear. Talking about the problem is the first step for the Anime community to admit there is a problem. Because like it or not, the Weebs have to be the one to solve the issue.
