I don't doubt that somebody as chronically online as Dave would go to /v/ to defend himself, but /v/ gets raided by r/gamingcirclejerk types near constantly so there's a good chance the 4chan posts were by some raiding Discord trying to pwn le chuds.

Speaking of r/gamingcirclejerk, @Rcorp Rabbit 2 mentioned how he got banned from r/gcj for being too pathetic by their standards. Is there anymore context to that?
