Eh, PTSD (and CPTSD) triggers are all different for different people. A Christmas tree might not trigger someone even if they have trauma directly related to Christmas - it might be something else about the holiday that they find more triggering, like Christmas music or idk Santa hats or something, depending on the circumstances of their trauma.
