I can only assume this shit is from zoomers who've never touched grass. Maybe girls in bikinis on a beach is titillating for someone who's never been to the beach. To me it's in the same category of boring slice-of-life settings as 'girls sitting around eating lunch.'

It's more about how the scenes are set-up.

Yeah, girls in bikinis walking around the beach or even playing volleyball aren't really anything of note if you're not a terminally horny gremlin. But when the animators insert about 25 ass shots or bouncy tits in a 22-minute episode, you know they're going for the erotic fanservice.
