If you aren't joking, read books and play "talky" video games. When I was a kid I read a lot of fiction books or dialogue choice games (KotOR 1/2 and Mass Effect) and would emulate the writing for my internal monologue. This gave me a good framework on how to confront conversations and complex ideas. If you struggle with how to critically think about things, you probably aren't thinking of the right questions to ask about a concept.
I find that logic-based video games (programming) are helpful at teaching critical thinking. Every conversation in a BioWare game is allowing you to pick questions to ask, you have to solve problems or gather information. You can only pick certain questions and have to ponder the outcome. This is how real life works too. Hopefully this, or something like it, will work for you.
