Honestly, at first glance this is one of the better made pizza's we've seen on her channel, and way better than the last pizza

1: The Crust (again not foodies teeth) this looks very well made, with care to ensure no bubbles went out of control during baking. This pizza is almost perfectly circular and fits the box exactly, meaning there is some form of quality control in the stretching/tossing/rolling out process. The "Cheese Bondage" is excellent, with the cheese tapering past the sauce and adhearing directly to the crust to make sure the entire cheese layer doesn't slide off. I have no ability to tell if the flavor of the crust is good or not, but it looks well made. Good job. I have no points to deduct.
To reinforce how it was made we get a shot of under the crust here, and it looks evenly browned with a good Maillard reaction. The way this is handled it seems soft but firm, a basic "hand tossed" bready but not New York style pizza crust.
2: The Topping Distribution- At first glance it looks like there's barely any toppings on here (hey cheese pizza is good too) but there are plenty of toppings on there... Chantal just got extra cheese so its drowning them out. This pizza shop also does the correct thing and places the toppings under the cheese. Unless you want crispy pepperoni, everything should go under the cheese so it bakes in. The toppings seem mostly evenly spread with just this one exception of a clump of what appears to be sausage or beef. The important thing here is the toppings are not clumped into the middle so you get some with most every bite.
3: The Cheese-She definitely ordered extra cheese, and this place I feel put about as much cheese as is possible on a pizza while still allowing it to bake correctly. Cheese is dense and cold, and when you put too much your pizza just wont cook. With how even the bottom of this crust looks, and the very nice browning of the cheese here, we can see it was able to cook. This center really shows just how much cheese is on here, and it was just barely finished. She should have gotten an excellent cheese pull but the delivery took way too long to get it to her hot.
Like holy hell look at how much cheese is on this monster? This is the power of good cheese bondage...
The Verdict:
There is nothing fundamentally wrong with this pizza. Its made well, and any criticisms I would have against it are really against how it was ordered (that's just too much cheese) and its not the shops fault a troglodyte placed the order. I cant speak for the flavor, but as a whole:
9 out of 10, I would have pizza day with it.
