I gave PvE a shot over the past few days and I have been hating it so far. Scavs perpetually spawning and converging on you tracking you through walls and bushes plus partisan makes it impossible to play slow and methodical, which is the whole reason I would want to play PvE in the first place, to not get instantly beamed by hackers or rushed by sweaty chads.

New wipe is alright. I'm one of the many people who got shafted because I have a shit PC, even then ppl with beastly computers are having the same issue I have which is not being able to load into some maps, I can't load into Customs, so I'm literally locked out of progression until it's fixed which according to Nikita is being worked on.
I have, however, claimed as a trophy a pair of PNV-57E's off of a player-scav I sniped with my AK, 128.7 meter shot. 5.45 PS. Not bad.

They're pretty solid nods, a nice bit of old soviet tech in a modern setting lol.

Not only that but they also can be mounted on tank crew helmet, which is... well, doesn't make one any better but is a nice thing to be able to do.

Yeah I enjoy the fact that the day prior I was having 0 issues playing PVE and then suddenly the update comes and completely breaks the game.

I think this is the sign that I should stop playing this game.

Last I heard AB:I fizzled out because of the P2W mechanics and while Delta Force seems promising, the kernel level anticheat was a huge turnoff for my friends (Not that it seemed to do much from what Steam reviews said).

That Delta Force is only Delta Force in-name only. I still have the old Delta Force: Black Hawk Down PS2 CD and I can tell the new one is like a tranny wearing the skin of its original owner.

Customs rework is pretty fuckin cool. Also having the best performance of any wipe so far on my 1070ti.

Interested to see how FiR hideout and no flea works out. It seems like the idea is to keep barter goods out of peoples assholes and reward people more for winning fights. Quite a few things were improved on the QoL side as well, plus snow is the superior season and makes all the maps look even better.

This might be the best wipe yet bros

wouldn't know, can't fucking load into customs at all lol, i've verified my shit, reinstalled twice, page file increase, etc etc.
love this game, man.

everything else is cool tho, im not a big fan of the "no flea for two weeks" cuz it really doesn't stop anyone who is no-lifing from hitting max traders asap lol, maybe a little less optimal than b4 because now they cant just buy the keys, but that doesn't stop a nigga from having friend groups or being able to lfg until they find a player w/ the key(s)

It wasn't map specific for me but every time I'd do a scav it would boot me at 100% Loading Loot Pools and turning my textures and shadows from medium to low completely fixed it

Delta Force kinda gay, ABI is very fun. The only problem rn in ABI is T7 thermals are OP as shit, but the P2W allegations are completely overblown. Yeah, it's kinda faggy that you can buy currency, but I think anyone that actually has to do so is gonna be too shit to hang onto it anyways, so it's more like P2L. I've been playing it since playtest, never bought currency.

Ran into a pretty crazy glitch related to Khorovod mode. A set of PMCs died doing the generator defense on Customs and one of the scav squads summoned for that event was still kicking around. Our 4 man took them out and another set of scavs were on our ass almost immediately. It took about 2 more squads rushing us to figure out something was seriously wrong.

Each time the scav squad was eliminated, another 3-5 would spawn nearby. We spent about 20 minutes piling the christmas village to the roofs with bodies, and only left after burning through all of our ammo and one of the group getting cut off and gangraped by a squad that spawned on him.

Between all of us we had over 80 combined scav kills, each person getting about 8k exp.

Not at home rn but i can post screens of the piles upon piles of bodies later

No shock that the spawns of the "waves" of enemies that you're supposed to defend the genny from are fuckin bugged lol. Haven't given Khovorod a shot yet, tbh I might just get the clothes via Arena rather than doing Khovorod.
