I wonder if that is company by company? Because when I learned about it in 2021 it was true.

Edit: just looked it up, according to DOL they do get benefits. Then why the absolute f do companies hire them???

Disposal is easy as fuck. They aren't citizens. Benefits don't matter if they don't get there. They can fire them before they hit the point where Benefits kick in. Hire and fire.

So this is how MAGA splinters: being grifted into accepting an influx of Indian H1B visas despite campaign promises being made of abolishing DEI hiring policies and clamping down on mass (illegal) immigration.

I know you aren't used to political parties having open debates within themselves but this is one of those and the side wanting the H1B visas is losing badly and at a minimum has walked back 90% of what was originally stated.

Again if Kamala won we would be taking millions of pajeets at a minimum no questions asked with no recourse available from the people along with every single possible illegal you could imagine.

I gotta hand it to Mr. Muskrat, he's the hero we deserve. I expected the Trump administration would quietly renege on its promises and continue abetting the invasion of the country but now Elon has turned a massive spotlight onto this issue and put it front and center in public discourse. Indians have done an amazing job at being the least sympathetic group of people ever. Just about every other ethnicity has something going for it with members who you could enjoy hanging out with for at least a little while. Indians are offensive in every aspect - their appearance, their odor, their destructive nepotism, their simultaneous arrogance and incompetence. Even women can't be persuaded to come to their defense because no amount of multiculti brainwashing can override the primal disgust of being in close proximity to a horny pajeet. The best part is that they seem completely oblivious to this and are continuing to shit all over everyone around them.

Frankly nobody is "used" to this. Pre internet this would have been kept behind closed doors. This is a sacred cow you aren't supposed to touch. Elon did however, on a global scale, where anyone could comment.

The first part is true. I'm not expecting people to just blindly follow through with whatever somebody says just because it's their side. I'm just a little shocked that it took a person that is heavily despised to bring that to light. Moreover, it's interesting that Democrats are silent on this particular issue. I guess that CEO assassination has people more brazen to speak out.
