Why do people keep saying that Luffy's dick can stretch like his body?

I just skimmed through the Amazon Lily arc and these chicks were pulling hard when they were bathing him.
 
Here’s a question: does Santa exist in One Piece; and if he does, does he operate via Devil Fruit or via the (increasingly apparent) actual magic that definitely exists like Shyarly or Ms. Goldweek or Klaubatermanns.

The only acknowledgement of Santa has been in the jingle bells cover and the boss luffy fillers between chopper and kumadori's fight. Would be fun to see santa in series though. I would want him to be luffy-level wacky.

That's what I'm thinking but we don't have a solid timeline for cloning technology in the OP world yet so I'm not sure. If I remember right Rogers found Shanks in a treasure chest so Shanks was clearly a prize for the God valley competition, and giving away a clone like that is exactly the type of shit the CDs would get up to. I expect Shanks is a clone of Garland and evil Shanks is either Garland's son or another clone.

There does have to be value in the CD that opens the box with Shanks in. What better prize than a clone of their strongest warrior. And it keeps with the track record of the CD doing something because they were so sure and it coming back to bite them. I think it could even be posdible Shanks was in the chest Roger picked for ‘winning’ God Valley. I think he was straight up given to them.

I wouldn't go that far cause it's not like the CD have any concern about rules or laws when it comes to the goyim. I think Shanks was put in their cause they knew Garland was competing and they assumed he'd win because he is their greatest warrior. Only Rogers, Rocks, and I'd wager Garp showed up and on the ruckus all the treasure was stolen.

As i said, it’s clear they did not expect anyone to get the boxes but them. And it is totally on brand for the CD for then have to let Roger claim a prize and Roger picked the worst one for them. But hands tied at that point.

this could be possible. though i could also see this being similar to kuma and the pacifistas where there is just a whole army of shanks but the one we know is actually the original who managed to escape.

though in that case the question becomes how did shanks multiply? my guess is either imu or one of the gorosei since we know saturn at least was big on experimenting maybe one of his past experiments was making a copy of garlings son or garling himself which if true would make him being replaced by garling kinda fitting.
