I can't think of any places the US needs to topple/take over in a rapid fashion for any kind of real strategic benefit right now. They just need to vastly redirect military spending in the direction of drone warfare, get involved in less wars to begin with and also invest a ton in drone defense as well as maintain aircraft carriers n shiet for power projection/USD stability.

There's a thousand and one problems the US has and a fucking drone swarm isn't a part of them right now and likely won't be. The only real direct adversary in the near future the US has is China and that's the only real area it makes sense to fuck around with drones for.

There's a lot of focus on just budget and immigration that could help improve the economy and more importantly the morale of everyday Americans. Whether they actually achieve that remains to be seen - it's certainly not tactically wise to be talking about increasing skilled immigration while so many actual Americans are already struggling to make ends meet.

The giant budget cuts needed aren't going to be easy and will likely drive up unemployment figures to some degree also.
