It sounds like the first step is abolish or drastically reduce the role of these HR departments. I talked to someone working in a tech company who says they're not allowed to directly recruit talented people they know of in their field, like 10 years ago they could but policies changed and now all new hires must come from HR. The hiring process should be driven by engineers who actually understand the work with HR as a rubber stamp at most.

Alot of this, like many other current maladies stems directly from the Civil Rights Act. Prior to it competency testing was used very regularly for hiring and promotions. Then some nigger employed by Duke Energy flunked a test for a promotion and spouted out DAS RAYCIS and sued and won. This is why every fucking job now requires a degree or certificate. Because you can't hire based off of actual competency based on your own judgement, you need to launder your judgement through institutions even though those institutions do not even churn out competent people anymore.

Rented housing is outrageous, if someone decides to fuck you over and serve an eviction it no longer matters then you're shoved down the pipeline of terrible, shady chink landlords who bleed you dry of your income, which will mean you'll have to work twice as hard just to be able to live with comfort. Apartments aren't very stable if you live with others. None of it is very worthy of being content with unless you have other things to live for. That’s true but in this case it wasn’t a big enough deal to go through that. I still may take him to small claims but it’s a time sink that isn’t really worth it to me, personally. Plus I do feel bad about putting a claim on this guy’s insurance. Him not getting paid and feeling bad about it should be enough of a goad to correct his behavior without putting him entirely out of business (not that I’ll ever call him back).

It's a combination of things. As mentioned before:

1. They're 75 IQ. Literally retarded. The Monkey that knew sign language had a higher IQ than the average Pajeet. That puts them on par with the sub-Saharan Africans that can't even conceptualize the idea of time. Ceiling Bird, "but I did have breakfast" level mentally deficient.
2. Their culture has a caste system, so you have vast swathes of "untouchables" - their words, not mine - followed by a smaller group of normies followed by a Jew-like Priest caste (Vivek and the CEOs and the like). The latter ones bring in the earlier ones as slaves, because they have a caste system and having inferiors around make them feel superior.
3. Their religion and culture has a twisted belief in fate which they use to dispose of any and all consequences. If they try and cheat and succeed, it's cause the world owed them success. If they fail, oh well, the world meant it to be this way. If they fuck you over, then the world wanted them to have what you had and wanted you to suffer. Maybe next time have the common sense to be born lucky like them!
