Even if it wouldn’t solve the colour, the alignment or the rotting teeth (ew), at least getting rid of that plaque and having someone clean between the teeth properly would be a start and hopefully help prevent things getting worse.
Even if he had the money I doubt he’d fix them, he spent a fair portion of that video justifying why he doesn’t dress up in a feminine way in his videos, but totally does outside of the videos.

Apparently he brushes his teeth everyday now (lol) but that’s not gonna undo years of not brushing and having a bad diet and probably some unlucky genetics on top of that.
Definitely would cost a lot to fix his teeth. But he seems to think it’s an all or nothing thing. If he actually cared he’d start saving for appointments and procedures and get things done little by little. But he doesn’t and he won’t.

He also needs to make sure he's brushing them properly (up and down or circular, not just straight across, missing the plaque at the gum line) and floss using dental brushes that fit the gaps between his teeth sufficiently (not too small - they don't collect enough debris or too big - they don't fit in); such technique a dental hygienist can best instruct him about.

This is true but you basically have to let an agonizing tooth infection go untreated for weeks or months on end for it to happen. A quick trip to urgent care and some antibiotics will stop most tooth infections.
