Funny thing is that it MIGHT be an actual Korean, but natural inhabitant of Russia, ie born and raised there due to his family roots got to grow into our land some time ago.
How or why do I know that? Because people with Korean roots aren't something out of ordinary there, as well as Chechens, Azerbaijani, Tatarstani etc etc etc.

America is all powerful while driving away specialists and promoting retards in the army and gloworgs. America is the most organized country ever when burning 4000 trillion tons of petrolium delivering cheap shit china goods across the continent on trucks over shitty country roads. I'm curious to see if they have done a calculation of how many Russian (and North Korean and whatever) soldiers have died in total, and if there's anything in Russian news or social media they can point to that proves Russia's population of military aged men is being decimated - or if anyone in Russia is having any opinion on the meatwaves and massive loss of life). I don't believe anyone has though, as they are deep in la la land territory.

Last time I checked they claimed it was about 1 million, with their lowest estimates being around half a million dead. As for evidence we have all seen how they readily discard that in favor of whatever western/ukie officials are saying.

Thats actually a pretty good idea.
Have it take the form of a "cryptocurrency" (more accurate to call it a digital scrip) that is only on websites based in Russia or its allies servers, and give it a fixed exchange rate backed by the Russian government so it won't be affected by inflation.
If the information is found to be false after the bounty is paid then the account could be seized with no problem.
Once the war is over all who provided info that qualified for the bounty would then be able to cash it in and face no risk of reprisal regardless of whether they are in Kharkov, Lvov or Brussels.

The only problem with this though is that it wouldn't be that appetizing to those willing to become turncoats purely to pay for next weeks bills, but depending on how monitered Ukrainian bank accounts are directly providing payment through proxy accounts might be extremely dangerous, and immediately converting the scrip/crypto before the war is over would probably draw some eyes - Ukraine might be a corrupt shithole but no everyday man should risk getting an extra $10,000 in their bank account within a week of the air defence site he worked at getting bombed the day he wasn't there.

I wasn't thinking cryptocurrency, just plain old bribes that cannot be distinguished from the high baseline level of bribes and corruption Ukraine already has. that way in order to really crack down Ukraine would have to audit ALL bribes, and I'm sure the Russian bribes could include a deposit for bribing the auditors to look away. Either that, or the bribes include (or are) a means to get the hell out of dodge and into a safer country where they can bring their family to. Hell, Russia could do well with a program where they coordinate smuggling people out of Ukraine. Even if half these things are false, it would have a huge impact on soldier morale and willingness to fight if they think there's Russian spies among them that will help them escape.

Cryptocurrency might work, I don't know how well.

Last I heard in the usual spaces (Not just the other thread here), they were claiming:
  • The normal "Russia is out of troops/ammo/supplies/money/ect" nonsense.
  • Ukraine took out most of the North Korean Troops in a huge missile strike and the rest are now defecting/fleeing
  • Chechens and North Koreans are fighting and killing each other within the Russian forces.
  • Russia is desperately sending "Meat waves" into Kursk but are unable to do anything against the Ukranian forces
  • Ukranian special forces helped the Syrian Rebels beat Assads forces and kill his Spetznaz bodyguards.
It ranges from "Usual propaganda bullshit" to "Deranged cope fanfiction"

If they could provide a SINGLE video of a wave of Russian troops being machine-gunned down WW1 style during a wave attack I'd concede this happens, but they never can. I've seen drones killing men, artillery killing men, individuals being killed in various awful ways, but never a "meatwave" attack, not even when Wagner were using literal convicts to support their professional mercs. This shit is as real as the ghost of Kiev lmao.

Russia has a winning military strategy with attritional warfare, it's bloody and there are casualties bur they take ground and they keep it. We keep hearing about "mobik meatwaves" but they only had a single mobilisation back in 2022, since then it's been volunteers, and they're not kidnapping men off the streets to fill trenches. Ukraine and NATO have a PR strategy rather than a military strategy and that's why NATO dogs keep barking but the Russian bear keeps advancing.
