Man,I feel sorry for that cat. I hope it never needs vet care and gets fed. She should be on a blacklist for pet adoption. You have to wonder if this sudden shift to talking about her cats and taking pictures is a setup for future "emergency" care begging.

Where I live it is - we had to surrender a cat we got because I found out I was allergic to cats. The shelter put us on a 1 year no adopt list because of that.
In a perfect world this bitch would be on one - along with a number of other cows.

Some shelters do, along with home visits, some don't care. We used to foster dogs sometimes and they had a list on file of people who were blacklisted. Abuse,reselling, suspected dog fighting, negligence. One lady kept adopting kittens and would return them once they were full grown. alot of irresponsible people have no business adopting pets.
