gee, I don't know, maybe that he was directly telling people to push through the barriers and cops and enter the capitol building, out loud with a megaphone? that's incitement and makes him an accomplice in all those that were charged. if he was not a fed asset he would have been tossed in prison right along with them. Other people who did not enter the building got charged for incitement, hell people that weren't even in DC on Jan 6. got charged for incitement. But the guy standing on the steps of the building with a megaphone telling people to go inside, that was involved in organizing the event and encouraged people to show up, did not get charged?
I can't believe we are going over this again. Nick with a bullhorn directly outside the capitol told his own followers during January 6th to "ignore the barriers" and that "we are taking the capitol" he was actively encouraging his followers to enter the capitol. He never spent a single day in jail for this. This is why people think he's an informant. Remember, there are people spending multiple years sometimes nearing a decade in federal prison for simply walking through the capitol yet Nick doesn't even get a slap on the wrist?
