Does their forum also use xenforo like kiwifarms? I'm assuming they're using some kind of exploit that got them the user list.

A smart thing would be to silently gather as much data on users and staff as possible and THEN let soyteens loose on the site to cover your tracks, but maybe that's exactly what they're doing.

You'd have to go out of your way to NOT use some kind of hashing and salting algorithm with modern forum software. Makes me think that the owner is keeping the userlist as a bargaining chip for inevitable plea deal.

I checked and it doesn't seem to include my various accounts used for screenshotting on there and for logging their chat server a couple years back.

Obviously I don't know what specifically was done with the DB dump. Either
a) everything is in plaintext and only a fraction has been released
b) newer accounts had hashed passwords and possibly salts, but some older accounts had plaintext passwords due to admins not running an upgrade script, and those are the only ones that have been released
c) passwords were hashed, maybe without salts, and only those which have been cracked have been released

Anyway, if it was me I'd just dump everything, especially email addresses, even if the passwords aren't available.
EDIT: Also, assuming the person responsible has a full DB dump, any private message conversations containing likely email addresses or any other personally identifiable information would be good to dump.
