LFJ didn't run TLL. He donated and shilled for them but unless I misrecall he was never part of the financial grift there. At least not directly and I doubt likely so. Dudes loaded.

All the penalties were neutered because TLL didn't want to go after it's embezzling founders, and never really chased the promised repayment, but none of those penalties were for LFJ to begin with. For a change, not a thing we have evidence of.

There's already been hundreds of non profit organizations like this that have mattered fuck all in the grand scheme of things.

Since their main area of operations also seems to be bluesky so far (you can check the blue sky thread to see how well it is going) the scope of this is pretty limited. For certain Tweeter isn't going to give a shit.

I would also personally say through my own "observability" that the days of mainstream media quoting a non profit like this and it actually mattering have mainly passed. People question things, including Wikipedia, a lot more critically.

I would also say that other things have changed a lot.

I'm still waiting for a resurgence of bullyhunters.

No, we don't want to stop it. It's a good thing. He now has to follow certain laws and disclose certain things publicly. He already has shown he has a shaky concept of how U.S. law operates. The funds won't be enough for the tax exemption to actually matter to his benefit.
