They had access to Tom's email account earlier in the year and tried to run a gift card scam on someone he was emailing (which means they tried to run it on multiple people). We only know this because the person they tried to scam is an AMB member who Tom emails fairly often.
i'm pretty sure that wasn't him. it happened last May and he only had access to my email briefly one day in november.
I mean, they probably got anywhere from 75k to 200k scammed from Tom so they were probably looking at his associates like easily scammable people too

Whoever the scammer was, i don't think it was him. He had access to my email for only a short moment when we were setting something up in november, working together in team viewer.
